Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to fluorescent imaging devices, systems, and methods for an endoscopic procedure, and in particular, indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence. In some embodiments, a device for fluorescent imaging during an endoscopic procedure may include an attachment connectable to a distal end of an endoscope. The attachment may include a first filter alignable with a light source of the endoscope, and a second filter alignable with an imaging device of the endoscope. The first filter may be positionable such that in a first position the first filter is aligned with the light source, and in a second position the first filter is out of alignment with the light source. The second filter may be positionable such that in a first position the second filter is aligned with the imaging device, and in a second position the second filter is out of alignment with the imaging device.

Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to medical devices. More particularly, the present disclosure pertains to tissue clip devices and related systems and methods. In an embodiment, a tissue clip may include a grasper including jaws at a first end, and a spring portion at a second end, and a longitudinal axis extending along a length of the grasper from the first end to the second end, wherein the spring portion is configured to bias the jaws toward each other. A wedge may be slidably disposed between the jaws such that an apex of the wedge is oriented toward the spring portion. A filament may be coupled to the wedge at a first end of the filament and may extend through a channel of the spring portion of the grasper to a second end of the filament.

Some embodiments are particularly directed to valve sets and/or valve interface mechanisms for controlling air, water, and/or suction flow through a valve well for an endoscopic system. Several embodiments are directed to user interface mechanisms and techniques for enabling an operator to interact with and control endoscope valves. Many embodiments are directed to mechanisms and techniques for translating interface input motion into valve control motions. In one or more embodiments, the valve sets and/or valve interface mechanisms may be disposable.
