The pressure relief mechanism is arranged in the housing. The pressure relief mechanism includes a weakened portion, a body portion, and a connecting portion. The weakened portion is configured to be damaged to release a pressure inside the housing when the pressure reaches a threshold. The body portion is located in a region enclosed by the weakened portion, and the connecting portion is located on an outer side of the weakened portion and is configured to be welded to the housing. The body portion is provided with a first groove, and the first groove is configured to release a stress when the connecting portion is welded to the housing.
