摘要： An integrally molded automotive waterproof connector is disclosed which comprises a thermoplastic resin and integrated therewith an oil-bleeding silicone rubber, the thermoplastic resin containing a thermoplastic resin oligomer containing at least one aliphatic unsaturated group. In the connector, the adhesion between the thermoplastic resin and the silicone rubber is satisfactory regardless of the length of storage period as compared with connectors comprising a thermoplastic resin and a silicone rubber integrated therewith after priming. Further, the connector of the present invention is excellent in production efficiency and workability, is reduced in connector housing fitting force, and can retain satisfactory waterproofness.

摘要： In a scroll compressor, a stationary scroll is pressed toward a movable scroll by a back pressure of a discharge fluid compressed by a compression mechanism, and wear powder, produced from an annular seal (which receives the pressure of the discharge fluid) as a result of precession of the stationary scroll, is arrested, thereby achieving the scroll compressor high in efficiency and reliability. A pressure-receiving surface for receiving a back pressure of the discharge fluid so as to press the stationary scroll toward the movable scroll is formed on that portion of the stationary scroll disposed around a communication port which is formed in the stationary scroll, and communicates with a discharge port. An annular seal is provided to form a seal between the stationary scroll and an upper frame around a region of communication between the communication port and the discharge port in such a manner as to satisfy a necessary annular sealing surface area, and a circumferential recess is provided on that side lower in pressure than this annular seal.

摘要： A scroll compressor has a closed vessel in which a compression mechanism having orbiting and stationary scroll elements in engagement with each other is accommodated. A crankshaft is coupled with the orbiting scroll element and rotatably supported by a crank bearing. The crankshaft is rotated by an electric motor having a stator and a rotor so that the orbiting scroll element may orbit relative to the stationary scroll element. A plurality of balance weights are provided for maintaining static and dynamic balances of rotary elements including the orbiting scroll element, the crankshaft, and the rotor. The static and dynamic balances are calculated using at least a clearance between the crankshaft and the crank bearing.

摘要： A scroll compressor has a closed vessel, a compression mechanism accommodated in the closed vessel and including a non-orbiting scroll and an orbiting scroll in engagement with each other, and an electric motor for driving the compression mechanism. The non-orbiting scroll includes a frame portion and a non-orbiting end plate axially movable relative to the frame portion. The frame portion has a recess defined therein and a pin secured thereto. The non-orbiting end plate has a cylindrical wall integrally formed therewith and loosely received in the recess, thereby radially positioning the non-orbiting end plate relative to the frame portion. The non-orbiting end plate also has a recess defined therein in which the pin is loosely received, thereby circumferentially positioning the non-orbiting end plate relative to the frame portion. The pin is hardened so as to have a Rockwell hardness of more than 35 on scale C and has a chemical compound layer deposited thereon, to thereby minimize wear thereof.

The orbiting scroll has a wrap element allowed to undergo circular translation with respect to the wrap element of the stationary scroll to compress gas. The wrap element of the stationary scroll is made of a readily machinable abrasion-resistant material to reduce the manufacturing cost of the scroll compressor.

摘要： A scroll compressor includes a compression mechanism having a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll in engagement with each other, a crank shaft for causing orbiting of the scroll relative to the stationary scroll, a bearing member for rotatably supporting the crank shaft and having a thrust bearing for axially supporting the orbiting scroll, an electric motor for driving the crank shaft, and an eccentric bearing radially movably accommodated within a recess defined in an end portion of the crank shaft. The orbiting scroll has a shaft journaled in the eccentric bearing. A leaf spring is interposed between the eccentric bearing and a side wall of the recess for pressing the eccentric bearing radially outwardly. The eccentric bearing has inclined planes defined on an external surface thereof for receiving a biasing force of the leaf spring so that an axial component of the biasing force is directed towards the crank shaft. Instead of forming the inclined planes on the eccentric bearing, an inclined plane may be formed on a pressure member mounted on the eccentric bearing.
