In some embodiments, one or more processors may be configured to: (1) receive, via a chatbot, a social media post; (2) categorize, via the chatbot, the social media post; (3) determine, via the chatbot, based upon the categorization, an entity to contact; (4) build, via the chatbot, based upon the determined entity to contact, a response to the social media post; and/or (5) send, via the chatbot, the response to the entity.

Abstract: The following generally relates to using Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance pedestrian navigation. In some examples, AR techniques are applied to provide AR indications of a location of a group member that includes two or more AR devices. In these examples, AR techniques may be applied to determine a relative position of the group member and/or provide navigational guidance to the group member. In other examples, AR techniques are applied to provide AR-assisted pedestrian guidance. In these examples, AR techniques may be applied to present an AR display that includes information for a point of interest along a route.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing and/or processing a blockchain to maintain data security for confidential and/or personal data are provided. According to certain aspects, the disclosed data security techniques may enable access sharing functionality utilizing the blockchain. The data security techniques disclosed herein also enable the use of smart contracts to transfer funds associated with payment obligations. A node may receive a transaction indicative of a settlement condition of a smart contract being satisfied. Accordingly, the transaction may be compiled into a block of a blockchain and routed to the smart contract. The smart contract may direct a node to transfer funds in accordance with the payment obligations.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems and methods are provided for checking code for errors. The apparatuses, systems and methods may send a target code and a prompt for code checking to a machine learning (ML) chatbot to cause the ML chatbot to check the target code for errors. The apparatuses, systems and methods may determine whether there is an error in the target code based at least partially on a response from the ML chatbot. The apparatuses, systems and methods may, responsive to determining that there is an error in the target code, determine, via an interaction with the ML chatbot, whether there is a solution to fix the error. The apparatuses, systems and methods may, responsive to determining that there is a solution to fix the error, cause the ML chatbot to (i) fix the error, and/or (ii) present the error and/or the solution to a user.

In some embodiments, one or more processors: receive customer information of an insurance customer; determine that an insurance change recommendation trigger has occurred by routing the customer information into an insurance recommendation machine learning and/or artificial intelligence algorithm; and in response to determining the insurance change recommendation trigger, send a recommendation for an insurance policy change for the insurance customer.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to systems and methods for using a blockchain or shared ledger to generate Usage-Based Insurance quotes for a vehicle tracked over its lifecycle according to a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), or other vehicle identifier. A mileage report stored on the shared ledger may be searched according to the vehicle's VIN and a Usage-Based Insurance quote may be generated based upon the mileage report. Periodic updates to the mileage report may be broadcast to the blockchain in transactions that updated the shared ledger. An estimated vehicle usage may be determined based upon the cryptographic proof of the blockchain and a Usage-Based Insurance quote generated thereon.

In yet other examples, AR techniques are applied to generated personalized outdoor displays, for example, to ameliorate conditions that may impair safe operation of a vehicle.
