摘要: In an exposure apparatus of the invention, for a spatial light modulator, each of a plurality of pixel portions fewer than the total number of the pixel portions is controlled with a control signal generated according to exposure information. Namely, a part of the pixel portions is controlled without controlling a whole of the pixel portions on the substrate. Thus, the number of pixels in the pixel portions is described, and transfer time of the control signal becomes short. This enables modulation speed of the laser beam to be increased and the high-speed exposure to be performed. An incorporated laser light source, in which the laser beams are incorporated and struck on the optical fiber, is preferable to the laser device. By adopting the incorporated laser light source, high brightness and high output can be obtained, and it is preferable to the exposure of the spatial light modulator. Since the fiber array is obtained with few optical fibers, it is low cost Since the number of optical fibers is few, the light-emitting region is further decreased when the optical fibers are arrayed.

摘要: Database optimizing method and system are provided to optimally locate data. Only data satisfying conditions desired by a user is extracted among an access log. Values of a part of the data are translated on the basis of a translation table, and aggregated on the basis of aggregation condition rules. The obtained aggregation result is presented to the user. In addition, data in the database are optimally relocated on the basis of the obtained aggregation result.

摘要: A ring oscillator clock frequency measuring circuit includes a reference clock count timer and a ring oscillator clock count timer. The reference clock count timer starts its counting of a reference clock signal in response to a start instruction fed from a CPU, and outputs an overflow signal when its counting reaches a preset value. The ring oscillator clock count timer starts its counting of pulses of a ring oscillator clock signal in response to the start instruction fed from the CPU, and continues its counting until the reference clock count timer generates the overflow signal. The frequency of the ring oscillator clock signal is obtained from the count value of the ring oscillator clock count timer. This makes it possible to measure the frequency of the ring oscillator clock signal at high accuracy, and to reduce the current consumption by operating the CPU based on the ring oscillator clock signal after the measurement.

摘要: A divisible stocker capable of housing a plurality of CDs is arranged in an enclosure of an autochanger apparatus. A rack mounting a PU unit, which is a reproduction head of a CD is arranged between the stocker and an opening of the enclosure. Transfer means for transferring the CD between the opening and the stocker is also mounted on the rack. The rack is vertically movable. When reproducing a CD, selecting any of the CDs in the stocker at first, turning a feed screw in a state where a pawl of a dividing sliding member is positioned below any of dividing projections arranged at corresponding position on the both sides of the stocker, causing a PU unit to advance into a space formed by raising the stockers above the selected CD, dividing the same and causing an upward displacement thereof, attaching the CD on a turntable of the PU unit by lowering the divided stocker, and transferring the CD to the turntable by displacement means which causes the PU unit to return to the PLAY position.

摘要: An oscillation detector circuit detects an oscillating condition of a resonant light deflector having a reflecting mirror, and applies an oscillating condition signal to a reference signal generator, which generates a reference signal. An auxiliary scanning feed motor for feeding a scanned medium in an auxiliary scanning direction is controlled by the reference signal to adjust the speed at which the scanned medium is fed in the auxiliary scanning direction, depending on the oscillating condition of the resonant light deflector.
