    摘要: A separator includes a plurality of first and second sandwiching sections, a plurality of first bridges connected thereto, and first and second fuel gas supply units integrally connected to the first bridges. Electrolyte electrode assemblies are sandwiched between the first and second sandwiching sections. A fuel gas supply channel is formed in each of the first bridges. A fuel gas supply passage extends through the first and second fuel gas supply units in a stacking direction. A pressure loss generator mechanism is provided in the fuel gas supply channel. The pressure loss generator mechanism generates a pressure loss over the entire fuel gas supply channel for distributing a fuel gas equally to each of the electrolyte electrode assemblies.

An electrolyte/electrode assembly and a terminal separator are arranged on one end of the fuel cell stack in the lamination direction in this order outwardly, and a dummy electrolyte/electrode assembly and a terminal separator are arranged on the other end of the fuel cell stack in the lamination direction in this order outwardly. The dummy electrolyte/electrode assembly is so formed as to have the same shape as the electrolyte/electrode assemblies, while having conductivity but not having a power generation function.

    摘要: After a HEMT is formed, side walls are formed on a semiconductor substrate. Next, a sacrificial layer is formed to cover the HEMT. Next, contact holes are formed in the sacrificial layer to expose upper surfaces of source electrodes. Next, a metal interconnect line is formed by patterning a metal film formed on the entire top surface. Next, slits are formed in the metal interconnect line to partially expose an upper surface of the sacrificial layer. After the sacrificial layer is dissolved, the dissolved sacrificial layer is discharged through the slits to the outside. An air space is formed as a result of the removal of the sacrificial layer.

The deformable elastically conductive mesh member forms an oxygen-containing gas channel for supplying an oxygen-containing gas along a cathode, and tightly contacts the cathode.
