摘要: Disclosed is a cleaning sheet to be attached to a cleaning head. The cleaning sheet has an attachment sheet dimensioned to cover a nozzle head provided in the cleaning head. Liquid squirted from the nozzle head can be received by the attachment sheet and come between the cleaning head and the cleaning sheet. Since the cleaning sheet has a liquid permeable attachment surface, the liquid having reached the attachment surface can be absorbed by a liquid absorbent sheet of the cleaning sheet and gradually applied to a floor surface to be cleaned.

摘要: The invention relates to a substrate for a liquid crystal display used in a display section of an information apparatus, a liquid crystal display having the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. There is provided a substrate for a liquid crystal display which achieves good display quality with reduced manufacturing steps, a liquid crystal display having the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. TFTs are formed on a glass substrate. A protective film is formed on the TFTs, and a resist pattern is formed on the protective film, the resist pattern having openings located above source electrodes, gate bus line terminals, and drain bus line terminals. The resist pattern is baked at a baking temperature of 200 (or more after irradiating the surface thereof with ultraviolet light to form a wrinkled resin layer having a wrinkled surface. The protective film and an insulation film are etched using the wrinkled resin layer as an etching mask to form reflective electrodes and protective conductive films on the wrinkled resin layer.

摘要: A semiconductor device without any peel off from the insulation film and without any fracture that becomes the cause of a short circuit is obtained even if a metal such as Ru is employed for the storage node. On the semiconductor substrate are provided an underlying interlayer insulation film located over both a capacitor region and a peripheral region, an interlayer insulation film located above the underlying interlayer insulation film, and a tubular metal film having a bottom end portion in contact with the underlying interlayer insulation film, and piercing the interlayer insulation film with the opening side located at the upper side in the capacitor region and the peripheral region. The opening side of the tubular metal film is formed only of a portion extending along the sidewall of a throughhole in the interlayer insulation film.

摘要: A printer in which difference in color tone or contrast between a picture displayed on a display and a picture printed by the printer device is suppressed to a minimum. The display is preferably integrated with the printer. The printer includes an image data inputting unit for receiving input image information, e.g., by reading image data from a digital storage medium or from film, and providing digital image data based thereupon. Display outputting circuitry outputs an image signal corresponding to the digital image data to the display. A picture printing unit prints an image corresponding to the digital image data on a recording medium. A characteristics correction unit corrects a display setting prescribing display image properties of the display and a printing characteristics setting prescribing printing picture properties of the printing unit, so that color tone and/or contrast of the displayed and printed pictures are equalized. The printer also preferably includes circuitry for automatically correcting a tilt of a picture, e.g., tilt of an object in a photograph.

摘要: An active matrix type liquid crystal display composed of a liquid crystal cell 124 is described. In the liquid crystal cell 124, liquid crystals at the upper and lower interfaces of a liquid crystal layer 122 inserted between an array substrate 106 having pixel electrodes 128 and an opposed substrate 105 having an opposed electrode 127 have pretilt angles opposite to each other in a positive/negative sense and are aligned in parallel with each other, forming a spray alignment. This liquid crystal display performs displaying by bend-aligning such a liquid crystal cell 124. The pixel electrodes 128 are formed on a flattening film 100 for covering switching elements 123 or wiring electrodes flat. With this arrangement, a spray to bend alignment transition can be reliably, easily caused in a short time within the liquid crystal cell pixels, so that an OCB mode liquid crystal display free from alignment defects and having high picture quality can be achieved.
