摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit device has, in one embodiment, a pair of signal transmission lines formed over and insulated from a semiconductor substrate, a first circuit formed in the semiconductor substrate and electrically connected with one end of the pair of signal transmission lines for sending an electric signal, and a second circuit formed in the semiconductor substrate and electrically connected with the other end of the pair of signal transmission lines for receiving the electric signal propagating over the transmission line pair. A control resistance is electrically connected between the pair of transmission lines at the above-mentioned other end for controlling a delay time of the signal propagating over the pair of signal transmission lines between the opposite ends of the pair of signal transmission lines.

C. in an amount of 50-90% by weight;(b) an intermediate layer comprising a polymer having a glass transition temperature of not less than 60.degree. C. in an amount of 5-30% by weight; and(c) a shell comprising an aromatic vinyl polymer in an amount of 5-30% by weight,each based on the core-shell polymer, and the total of the core, the intermediate layer and the shell amounting to 100% by weight.Preferably, the core is composed of polybutadiene or polyalkyl acrylate wherein the alkyl has 2-8 carbon atoms, the intermediate layer of polymethyl methacrylate and the shell of polystyrene.A high impact polyphenylene ether resin composition is further disclosed which contains such a core-shell polymer as an impact modifier.

摘要： An information processing system includes a plurality of functional blocks (neurons) and a data bus for transmitting in common the outputs of the individual functional blocks (neurons). Data transaction among the functional blocks (neurons) is performed through the data bus on the time-division basis. For preventing the outputs from conflicting or competition, addresses are assigned to the individual blocks (neurons), respectively, so that only the functional blocks (neuron) having the own address designated by the address signal supplied through an address bus outputs data signal onto the data bus, while the other functional blocks (neurons) receive the information on the data bus as the signal originating in the functional block whose address is designated at that time point. The addresses are sequentially changed. During a round of the address signals, data are transmitted from given functional blocks (neurons) to other given functional blocks (neurons).

摘要： A flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding comprises a steel sheath and a flux composition filled in the steel sheath. The flux composition is present in an amount of 8 to 25 wt. %, based on the total amount of the steel sheath and the flux composition. The flux composition comprises, based on the total weight of the flux, 10 to 30% of TiO.sub.2, 0.1 to 0.6% of Na.sub.2 O is in the range of 20 to 100:1, 0.01 to 2.0% of a metal fluoride calculated as F, and 0.005 to 0.4% of moisture. Bi.sub.2 O.sub.3 may also be included in the composition.

摘要： An apparatus for controlling an operating stroke of a reciprocating member to be reciprocated by a drive motor. The apparatus includes an encoder adapted to generate pulses each of which corresponds to a predetermined incremental distance of movement of the reciprocating member, a counter for counting the pulses during movement of the reciprocating member in a forward direction, a device for converting the operating stroke into the number of the pulses corresponding to a multiple of the incremental distance of movement, and a residual distance which is a difference between the operating stroke and the multiple, a device for converting the residual distance into a corresponding residual time, and a device for commanding the drive motor to stop an operation thereof causing a further forward movement of the reciprocating member, when the residual time has elapsed after a count of the counter is equal to the above-indicated number of the pulses.
