    摘要: An FM detector is constructed of a phase shift network and an analog multiplier. The analog multiplier includes a differential amplifier circuit and a phase detector circuit. The differential amplifier circuit includes differential pair transistors which are driven by FM intermediate frequency signals. A base emitter junction of a diode-connected transistor is connected across a base and an emitter of one of the differential pair transistors. The base of the one transistor and a base of the diode-connected transistor are connected to an emitter of an emitter-follower transistor, and the FM intermediate frequency signal is applied to a base of the emitter-follower transistor. Noise which develops in the base of the differential pair transistor or the base of the diode-connected transistor is reduced by the low output impedance of the emitter-follower transistor, so that the signal-to-noise ratio of the FM detector is improved.

    摘要: The present invention provides a PEG-modified HAP having a high degree of safety and novel functions by modifying the surface of hydroxyapatite particles with a polyethylene glycol derivative, applications thereof, and a production process of the same. The PEG-modified HAP of the present invention is a substance in which hydroxyapatite having a particle diameter of 50 μm to 10 nm is bonded to a polyethylene glycol derivative having a carboxyl group as a terminal functional group through —O(CO) bonds, and the carbon content thereof is 10 to 0.1%. In addition, the present invention is a substance composed of this substance and a pharmaceutical active ingredient or pharmaceutical additive, in which the weight ratio of the pharmaceutical active ingredient is 1 to 30%, and the substance is obtained by treating hydroxyapatite having a particle diameter of 50 μm to 10 nm and an active ester of polyethylene glycol derivative having a carboxyl group as a terminal functional group in an anhydrous organic solvent.

    摘要: The invention provides a signal processing semiconductor integrated circuit of the direct conversion system, which includes a dummy amplifier having the same circuit configuration as a low noise amplifier being the first stage amplifier, in which the DC offset calibrations on the subsequent stage amplifiers are carried out during shifting into the reception mode in a state that the low noise amplifier is deactivated and the dummy amplifier is activated.     摘要: There are provided a transmitter and a wireless communication terminal apparatus using the same for solving a problem of undesired spurs due to harmonics of an output signal of a frequency synthesizer, and further solving a problem of the undesired spurs occurring when the harmonics of an output signal of a crystal oscillator are mixed into a VCO to facilitate to design a circuit or a mounting substrate. The transmitter has a relationship between an output frequency of a PLL frequency conversion circuit (5) and output frequencies of frequency synthesizers (1, 2) stored therein, and the output frequencies of the frequency synthesizers (1, 2) input into the PLL frequency conversion circuit (5) are controlled on the basis of the relationship so that the undesired spurs are suppressed. Thereby, even when the undesired spurs occur in the output of the transmitter due to a crosstalk between circuits or through a substrate, which can be easily suppressed, it is therefore possible to reduce time and cost for redesigning the circuit or the substrate.

    摘要: Disclosed is a direct conversion type transmitter or transceiver circuit suitable for a mobile communication device which corresponds to broad signal output level variable width to be required by W-CDMA, which does not necessitate any high-performance low noise VCO and RF filter, capable of reducing a number of components and the cost. In the input portion of an orthogonal modulator composed of a divider, mixers, and a common load, there are provided variable attenuators. If an input signal level of the orthogonal modulator within the transmitter circuit lowers, this variable attenuator circuit is operated so as to lower the bias of the orthogonal modulator to reduce the amount of occurrence of carrier leak, and to prevent the signal during low output level and carrier leak ratio from being deteriorated. The direct conversion transmitter circuit is capable of easily realizing output level variable width of 70 dB or higher and reducing a variable amount in the high frequency circuit in which it is difficult to secure the variable gain width.

    摘要: An eight-channel PCM recorder is utilized for recording two channels of delta-sigma modulated audio signals. Employed to this end is a PCM adapter comprising a bit stream divider for dividing the bit streams of the delta-sigma modulated signals into series of sixteen-bit segments, and a reformatter for rearranging the bit segments into eight signals having a format in agreement with the format of the PCM signals normally handled by the PCM recorder. The eight reformatted delta-sigma signals are introduced into the PCM recorder thereby to be recorded in place of the eight channels of PCM signals.
