    摘要: A magnetoresistance effect element includes a multilayer stack of alternating magnetic and nonmagnetic layers, and having a mixture layer constituted by a mixture of a ferromagnetic element and a non-ferromagnetic element interposed between adjacent stacked magnetic and non-magnetic layers so as to exhibit a magnetoresistance effect. The multilayered stack includes at least two magnetic layers, at least two mixture layers, and at least one non-magnetic layer. 2(X.sub.1 /X.sub.n)/n is larger than 1.1 where n is the number of atomic layers of the mixture layer, X.sub.1 is an atomic concentration (%) of the ferromagnetic element of an atomic layer closest to the magnetic layer, and X.sub.n is an atomic concentration (%) of the ferromagnetic element of the n-th atomic layer closest to the non-magnetic layer.

    摘要: A damping support structure for preventing vibrations of an apparatus table supporting an apparatus for manufacturing ultra-high precision devices such as semiconductors and printed circuit boards. The apparatus table is supported by a support deck suspended to be horizontally displaceable. Linear motors are actuated in response to vibrations of the apparatus table detected by vibration sensors. The apparatus table is thus displaceable relative to a stationary section, to be safeguarded against the vibrations.

The X-ray tube and the film are supported by a link mechanism retaining the aforesaid positional relationship, and the above-mentioned movement is achieved by a control means. The control means comprises: a drive mechanism having an internal gear, and a planetary gear, in mesh with the internal gear, rotates itself and moves around the internal gear; and a control mechanism for controlling rotation of those gears.

    摘要: A one-chip type magnetic sensor is provided in which thin-film anisotropic magnetoresistance elements are formed on an IC substrate. Applied magnetic fields can be detected in the magnetic sensor in vertical and horizontal directions, and detection sensitivity can be adjusted with respect to direction. The influence on a magnetic-sensitive property can be suppressed when another magnetic field is applied from another direction. A semiconductor substrate, lead frame, and lead frame(s) are accommodated in a package in the magnetic sensor. Thin-film magnetoresistance elements are formed on the substrate, which includes an electric circuit having comparison and amplification functions. The lead frame is used to mount the semiconductor substrate thereon. The lead frames are connected to the semiconductor substrate, which is attached to a semiconductor attachment surface. The lead frame has a structure in which the semiconductor attachment surface is inclined with respect to a package surface by bending the lead frame.
