    摘要: The invention provides a process for treating nitrogen oxide-containing offgases from industrial processes, e.g. flue gases, for the purposes of removing and/or separating out the nitrogen oxides and/or for the purposes of reducing the nitrogen oxide content by means of chemical reduction of the nitrogen oxides, in particular a process for the removal of nitrogen oxides from offgases from industrial plants, wherein at least two different nitrogen-containing reducing agents are brought into contact with the nitrogen oxide-containing offgases or introduced into the stream of the nitrogen oxide-containing offgases.     摘要: Methods related generally to the removal of atmospheric pollutants from the gas phase, are provided, as well as related apparatus, processes and uses thereof. A single-stage air scrubbing apparatus is provided that includes at least one reaction vessel, at least one introduction duct, and a turbulence component, wherein a residence time is sufficient to allow the conversion of at least one atmospheric pollution compound to at least one other compound, molecule or atom. In some embodiments, the at least one atmospheric pollution compound comprises nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide or a combination thereof. Additionally, methods of removing atmospheric pollution compounds from a waste gas stream are disclosed that include introducing a waste gas stream and at least one additional gas stream, mist stream, liquid stream or combination thereof into a single-stage air scrubbing apparatus at a flow rate sufficient to allow for conversion of the at least one atmospheric pollution compound.

The length of the nose piece on the module is between 0.125 and 4 inches to prevent build up of decomposition or oxidation products on the module.

    摘要: A method is illustrated and described for reducing unwanted substances by injecting a reactant into a flue gas of a steam generator. In order that the reactant can also be used in larger steam generators and/or combustion chambers, a method is proposed, in which the reactant is injected into the combustion chamber of the steam generator via a reactant opening of a multi-component nozzle, in which an enveloping medium is injected into the combustion chamber through at least one enveloping medium opening arranged outside the reactant opening, and in which the enveloping medium at least partly envelops the reactant in the combustion chamber and in this way at least partly shields the reactant from the flue gas.
