    摘要: Molds and processes that permit high-speed, mass production of retaining wall blocks having patterned or other processed front faces, as well as retaining wall blocks formed by such processes. The invention permits the front face of the block to be impressed with a pattern or otherwise directly processed, to allow the formation of pre-determined block front faces, while at the same time facilitating high-speed, high-volume production of blocks. A mirror image of the desired pattern can be created on a stripper shoe by selecting a desired three-dimensional surface from a naturally occurring or man made object and digitally scanning the selected three-dimensional pattern to create scanned data. The scanned data can then be used to machine a face of the stripper shoe that is the mirror image of the selected pattern.

    摘要: An artificial stone siding product for use as siding for homes, commercial buildings, and other structures, as well as for hearths, mantles, and other similar indoor structures, is provided. The artificial stone siding product includes a stone body cast of a cement aggregate and having an outer visible surface area shaped and colored to resemble real stone. An integral mounting support extends from at least one edge of the stone body. The mounting support allows the attachment of the artificial stone siding product to a surface of a wall using fasteners inserted through apertures defined by the support. The artificial stone siding product may be used to quickly and easily construct a stone wall by mounting a plurality of the artificial stone siding products to the exterior of a wall in much the same way as standard siding.

In one embodiment, the effective amount of hollow spheres ranges from approximately 3 to 85 percent of the total composition by weight. The composition enhances the aesthetic quality of the synthetic fire-log when exposed to heat and also decreases the carbon monoxide emissions of synthetic fire-log systems.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing composite board, and the said board is glass fiber reinforced magnesium cement board with wood grain. The process comprises two steps of preparing a mold with wood grain and preparing glass fiber reinforced magnesium cement board using the mold. The first step comprises forming film bearing wood grain, copying the wood grain onto mill rolls, and rolling the formwork with the mill rolls. The second step comprises steps of preparing MgCl2 solution, agitating the mixed raw materials to obtain slurry, conveying the molds, scratching the slurry, disposing the raw materials, rolling, separating, shelving, curing, impregnating the board into water to remove free MgCl2, cutting, spraying protecting-paint, and so on. The process can produce the board with three-dimensional appeal, wood grain similar to that of log, and beautiful appearance. The board produced by the process has advantages of fire proof, water proof, vermin proof, light weight, compression and bending resistant, high strength, no moss growing, and so on.

After the mold is filled with a dry-cast concrete mixture a top plate, having mold top wall formations, is disposed over the mold forming side walls with the mold top wall formations disposed inside respective ones of the molds to close the molds. Pressure and vibration is applied to compact the dry-cast concrete whereby to form a dry-cast concrete stone with opposed molded textured surfaces.

    摘要: A concrete building panel has a slab and a plurality of ribs and beams. A series of horizontal holes in the end ribs are spaced at a selected constant spacing such that adjacent panels may be fastened together through them. In one type of panel, the slab is separated from the ribs to provide an air gap. Connections between holes in two adjacent concrete wall panels are made by a hollow conduit having an abutment at either end to engage the concrete wall panels. Other connections between adjacent panels involve a stitch with legs which extend through holes in the beams. Other connections involve a space made by vertical channels of horizontally adjacent panels. A plate fitted into the space aligns the adjacent panels and may extend upwards to align upper panels. Load bearing horizontal holes through the ribs are reinforced with reinforcing bar in the concrete arranged in generally triangular shapes. The concrete panels are formed vertically in a gang form. Connections between a roof panel and another roof panel or a wall panel are described.
