    摘要: This invention relates to an anthraquinone dyestuff for cellulose containing fibers represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents amino or hydroxyl, R.sup.2 represents hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, cyano or --SO.sub.2 R wherein R represents methyl, ethyl or phenyl, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each represents hydrogen, amino, hydroxyl, nitro, chlorine or bromine, Y represents a connecting group consisting of --O-- or --S--, one of X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 is hydrogen and the other is a group of the formula: ##STR2## wherein --Z-- represents a connecting group consisting of --O-- or --S--, --W.sup.1 represents phenyl or --NR.sup.6 R.sup.7, R.sup.5 represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, methoxy, ethoxy, chlorine or bromine, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 each represents hydrogen or alkyl, alkenyl, cyclohexyl, aryl or aralkyl which may optionally be substituted by lower alkoxy, or NR.sup.6 R.sup.7 represents a 5-membered or 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring formed by combination of R.sup.6 and R.sup.7, and n is 0 or 1, with the proviso that where X.sup.2 is hydrogen, n is 0.

C. in oleum in the presence of boric acid with reducing agents. The products of the process are valuable polyester dyestuffs as well as dyestuff intermediate products.

    摘要: A composition for nematic liquid crystal color display elements, said composition comprising at least one anthraquinonic dye represented by the following formula ##STR1## wherein X and Y are identical or different and represent --NH.sub.2 or --OH; Z represents halogen, --OR, --NHR, ##STR2## --CONHR.sub.2 or --COOR.sub.2, in which R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms or a lower alkyl group optionally substituted by --OH, ##STR3## represents hydrogen, halogen, --OH, --OCH.sub.3, an alkyl group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms, or a methoxy group optionally substituted by ##STR4## and R.sub.2 is a phenyl group, an alkyl group having 2 to 5 carbon atoms or a cyclohexyl group; and n is an integer of 1 or 2 provided that when X is --NH.sub.2 and Y is --OH, and when X and Y are both --OH, n is an integer of 1, and when n represents an integer of 2, the two Z's may be identical or different dissolved in at least one nematic liquid crystal.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of new dyestuff compositions which contain one or more basic dyestuffs in the form of dyestuff bases from the series of the triarylmethane, indoldiarylmethane, azine, oxazine, thiazine or xanthene dyestuffs or one or more basic dyestuffs of the series of the azo, anthraquinone, phthalocyanine, styryl, quinophthalone, benzoxanthene, naphthoylene-benzimidazole, naphthalimide or nitro series, carrying a primary, secondary or tertiary amino group or a guanidino or hydrazino group, as well as one or more non-ionic or slightly cationic surface-active agents and, optionally, water and/or an organic solvent miscible with water, which process comprises synthesizing the dyestuff in the surface-active agent optionally containing water and/or an organic solvent miscible with water, and then adding, if necessary, water and/or a solvent miscible with water and a further surface-active agent, this process of the invention having the advantage that an intermediate isolation, drying or grinding of the dyestuffs contained in the dyestuff compositions defined above is not necessary, so that the dyestuffs need not be introduced as substance into the surface-active agent and the solvent in a process wherein compositions of this type are prepared by a usual mixing, kneading or melting process; moreover, higher dyestuff yields are obtained in the dyestuff synthesis, and it allows to prepare dyestuff compositions from dyestuffs which are difficult to be isolated in substance after synthesis and often precipitate as oily or smeary products. The dyestuff compositions obtained according to the process of the invention, which are pastes or liquids, have a high stability upon storage. After being diluted with an aqueous solution of an amount at least equivalent to the dyestuff of an inorganic or organic acid, as well as, optionally, after the addition of dyeing and/or printing auxiliaries, the novel dyestuff compositions are suitable for dyeing or printing textile material containing acid groups.
