    摘要： A gate operator in a first configuration opens and closes a gate that swings about an upstanding pivotal axis. In a second configuration the gate operator opens and closes a gate that extends and retracts along a straight line. A motor-driven wheel extends from the bottom of an open-bottomed enclosure and is perpendicular to the gate in the first configuration and parallel to the gate in the second configuration. The wheel is driven by a reversible DC motor. Turning a jack screw in a first direction increases the bias on an adjustable compression spring so that the weight of the gate is transferred to the wheel and rotation of the jack screw in an opposite direction shifts weight from the wheel to the gate.

    摘要： A handle for a window operator. The handle (10) is formed by a lever handle rotatably coupled to a mounting (12) which is pivotally mountable by pivot axles (22). A spigot mount (15) of the handle (10) is hingedly connected to a drive shaft (18) which is engageable with the drive mechanism of the operator. Clearances (16) and (23) of the spigot mount (15) and mounting (12) respectively can be aligned at a certain angular position of the lever handle (11) relative to the mounting (12) to enable the handle (11) and mounting (12) to be pivotally moved about the axis of axles (22). A latch operating member (29) can be coupled to the mounting (12) so that as the mounting (12) is pivotally moved about the axis of axles (22) the latch operating member can be moved to operate a window latch.

    摘要： An apparatus for shutting off power to a gate motor is disclosed when the gate to which the gate motor is connected is opened or closed manually. In a preferred embodiment a sensor is activated that immediately shuts off power to the gate motor upon insertion of a crank into a receptacle on a pulley of the power driven gate movement system to commence manual opening or closing of the gate with the crank. Rotation of the crank in the appropriate direction either opens or closes the gate. Power is restored to the gate motor when the sensor determines that the crank has been withdrawn from the pulley.

    摘要： A foot pedal door opener device for use with a reach-in commercial cabinet, having a mounting bracket and retaining clip that allow the foot pedal to be mounted in a desired position for a left or right side opening door. The mounting bracket has at least two holes in a top portion of the bracket body to retrofit or mount the bracket to an outer surface of the cabinet. The retaining clip is configured to be aligned with either one of the holes of the bracket body. A connector passes through the retaining clip and corresponding hole of the bracket and penetrates the outer surface of the cabinet to secure the retaining clip to the bracket body and the mounting bracket to the cabinet. The pedal engages a rotating member that connects the pedal to the mounting bracket such that when a user depresses the pedal, the pedal rotates toward the user around the rotating member, whereby an engaging head of the pedal pushes the cabinet door open.
