    摘要: A non-return valve for an oil return in the crankcase ventilation system of a combustion engine includes a valve housing, a valve body which is mounted in the valve housing so as to be displaceable as a whole between an open position and a closed position, wherein the valve body in the non-operating state of the combustion engine is maintained in the open position without preload and the valve body is configured to automatically move to the closed position in case of an overpressure at the crankcase side with respect to the oil separator chamber. The non-return valve is provided and configured to be inserted into a mounting of a cylinder head cover of the combustion engine.

    摘要: An oil supply system for a reciprocating piston internal combustion engine is disclosed in which the supply of oil to piston cooling jets is controlled by pressure operated valves designed to open at a pre-defined valve opening pressure. The pressure of oil supplied by a pump is controlled to be below this pre-defined valve opening pressure during operation of the engine in which piston cooling is not required, and the pressure of oil is controlled to above the pre-defined valve opening pressure when piston cooling is required. The control of the pump is by an electronic control unit based upon a combination of engine speed and engine load.

    摘要: A breathing device for a crankcase of an internal combustion engine, having a balancing shaft with mass-balancing weights. The breathing device is arranged in the cylinder head above the charge-cycle valves of the internal combustion engine and has at least one orifice for the inflow of gas, and a gas-guiding space which runs within the balancing shaft and which is connected to an intake system of the internal combustion engine. A space arranged outside the balancing shaft is connected to the crankcase. In order to reduce construction expenditures and to improve the degree of oil separation, at least one orifice is arranged in at least one of the mass-balancing weights. The orifice opens into at least one axially running feed bore connected to at least one oil-discharging radial bore in the mass-balancing weight. The radial bore communicates the space outside the balancing shaft with the gas-guiding space of the balancing shaft. Alternatively, the orifice may be arranged in the balancing shaft and open into the gas-guiding space which is connected to the intake system of the internal combustion engine and to oil-discharging radial bores which are defined in the mass-balancing weights and open into the space outside the balancing shaft.
