摘要: A cushioning structure effective to alleviate a blood stream trouble and loads on muscles and to prevent an outbreak of trouble caused by them such as economy-class syndrome and the like is provided. The structure includes an upper elastic member 11 composed of a three-dimensional net member formed by connecting a pair of ground knitted fabrics disposed apart from each other using connecting yarn, and a spring constant in the range of initial load during a pressurizing process is set in the range of 0.1 to 20 N/mm and, at the same time, during a restoring process, a spring constant after restoring to an amount of displacement of 20 mm or less, at the latest, to 2 mm, is set to be lower than the spring constant in the range of initial load during the aforementioned pressurizing process. As a result, when a person comes into contact with a cushioning member by a sitting movement or a standing movement, temporal set in fatigue (stroke) of about several millimeters to about ten and several millimeters is created, thereby improving a feeling of fitting (compatibility) which makes a person feel comfortable, and effectively alleviate a blood stream trouble and loads on muscles.

摘要: A net structure for use of both sports and leisure is mainly made up of a net body having a plurality of net yarns integrally woven into a large meshwork of coarse and three-dimensional cords wherein within each net hole of the large meshwork is interwoven a small net layer to form a net-within-net fabric structure. The large meshwork is increased in frictional resistance for barring objects caught at the net body therein; the small net layer can gather the outstretched large meshwork thereof, preventing the large meshwork from getting loose easily and permitting the net body thereof to be flexibly expanded within a certain range. The small net layer also forms a protective layer to stop objects like balls from breaking through thereof. Moreover, the net body can be integrally woven by net yarns of two or more than two different colors with the large meshwork in contrast or matching with the small net layer in different colors to verify and increase the beauty of the net body in display.

摘要: A blanket fabric comprises a weft knitted support substrate and an overfed looped yarn weft knitted into the substrate. A portion of the loops are pulled from the face side of the substrate to the opposite side and mechanically loosened to an exceptional degree. Each side of the blanket is sheared to provide even surfaces. The blanket fabric is preferably made with only two weft knitted yarns. The method of making the blanket comprises the steps of simultaneous weft knitting a support substrate and an overfed looped weft knitted yarn into the substrate. A portion of the loops are then pulled from the face side of the substrate to the opposite side and mechanically loosened. Both sides of the fabric are then sheared to provide an even surface on each side.

摘要: A wallboard includes a set cementitious core, and (ii) at least a composite facing material on at least one of the faces of the core, the facing material including: (a) a synthetic scrim, and adhered thereto, (b) a synthetic non-woven; the scrim being completely embedded in the core while the synthetic non-woven is at most partially embedded in the core. A process for making such a wall board, in which the viscosity of the cementitious slurry is controlled on the facing material such that the scrim is completely embedded in the core while the synthetic non-woven is at most partially embedded in the core.

摘要: An openwork tubular knitted fabric formed of closely knitted, fine gauge yarns formed into knitted loops utilizing at least 11 needles per inch and having at least 25 courses per inch. The fabric is formed by using needles having a hook formed in a top end of a needle shank and a latch pivotally mounted on the needle shank below the hook for opening and closing the hook, and including a deflector for deflecting a loop of yarn being formed by a needle into the vertical plane of an adjacent needle, and a needle cam mounted for reciprocal movement between first and second vertically-spaced positions. The fabric is characterized by having a fine, dense background with small, closely-spaced holes which enable a highly-detailed pattern suitable for a wide range of undergarments and hosiery products. The density and fineness of the fabric provides both the comfort and lack of show through necessary for many garments of this type.

摘要: An article and method are provided for polishing a substrate surface. In one aspect, the invention provides polishing articles including a linear strip of backing material and a fibrous polishing material disposed on the backing material. The polishing material may be in the form of individual fibers, a mesh of fibers, a web of fibers, an interwoven cloth of fibers, or felt. The polishing material may be impregnated or coated with a polishing enhancing material. The polishing article may be disposed in an apparatus for processing a substrate on a platen. In operation, a substrate is contacted with the polishing article and relative motion is provided between the substrate and the polishing article to remove material from the substrate surface.
