摘要: Methods of producing a CBD/THC oil are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method may include extracting CBD/THC from plant matter using one or more solvents, winterizing the solvent extract, and evaporating the one or more solvents from the winterized extract. The method may additionally include distilling the evaporated extract via a short path distillation apparatus to produce an initial distillate oil, mixing the initial distillate oil with at least one solvent, and running the mixture of initial distillate oil and at least one solvent through a chromatography column to produce an effluent. The method may further include evaporating the at least one solvent from the effluent, distilling the evaporated effluent via a short path distillation apparatus to produce a final distillate oil, and mixing one or more desired terpenes with the final distillate oil.

摘要: Filter media and filters are provided that include at least two layers and a plurality of nanoparticles dispersed in depth within at least one of the layers. A gas filter comprises a first layer of fibers, a second layer of fibers bonded to the first layer and a plurality of nanoparticles incorporated into the first layer. The nanoparticles increase the overall surface area within the filter, which increases its filtration efficiency and allows for the capture of submicron contaminants without significantly compromising other factors, such as pressure drop (i.e., air flow) through the filter. In addition, the filters disclosed herein are capable of withstanding rigorous conditioning, which allows the filter to achieve the same level of filtration performance throughout the lifetime of the filter. Systems, devices and methods are also provided for manufacturing such filters.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for continuously manufacturing fibrous materials and products, such as filters. A system comprises a conveyor for advancing a substrate comprising fibrous materials from an upstream end to a downstream end, and a feeder for feeding groups of nanofibers into a fluid medium. A fiberization device is coupled to the feeder and configured to convert the groups of nanofibers into individual nanoparticles. A dispersion device coupled to the fiberization device disperses the nanoparticles into the substrate to form a fibrous material. This distributes the nanoparticles more uniformly throughout the fibrous material. In addition, the system continuously manufactures the material to form a product with improved quality, yield and reduced cost and time.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a filter having excellent filtration rate and excellent permeability and a method for producing the same. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a filter comprising a porous metal support having the first pore size; and a metal coating layer formed on the support and having the second pore size smaller than the first pore size, wherein the coating layer has a three-dimensional pore structure by bonding flake-shaped metal powders. The present invention also provides a method for producing the filter. According to the present invention, as the flake-shaped second powders form a coating layer, the porosity increases and the permeability increases, and as the flow channel becomes more complicated, the filtration rate also increases.
