    摘要: A motor is contained in a motor container space. A controller is contained in a controller container space. The motor container space and the controller container space are arranged in series in a direction of a rotation axis of a motor shaft, while interposing a partition wall therebetween. The motor shaft is inserted in a motor shaft through-hole of the partition wall. A magnet is disposed at an end of the motor shaft, in the controller container space. A rotation sensor is disposed in the controller container space oppositely to the magnet, for monitoring a rotational position of the motor shaft on the basis of variation in magnetic field due to rotation of the magnet. A cover made of nonmagnetic metal is disposed between the magnet and the rotation sensor so as to cover the motor shaft through-hole.

The inverter device includes an inverter circuit, a noise reduction unit, and a circuit board. The noise reduction unit includes a common mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, a pair of winding wires, and an annular electrical conductor. The electrical conductor is split into a first metal plate and a second metal plate in a circumferential direction. The first metal plate is thermally coupled to the housing. The second metal plate is electrically connected to the first metal plate. An electrical resistance value of the first metal plate is larger than that of the second metal plate.

    摘要: An integrated power electronics component configured for mitigating noise, vibration, and harshness includes a case formed from metal and configured to dampen a sound wave having a first frequency and a first amplitude and propagatable in a first direction. The case has a first surface and a second surface spaced apart from the first surface, a first stiffness, and a first strength, and the first and second surfaces include a structure defining a plurality of recessions therein. The component includes a cured polymer formed from a composition disposed on at least one of the first and second surfaces in each of the recessions to thereby dampen the sound wave in the first direction and in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction to a second frequency that is less than the first frequency and a second amplitude that is less than the first amplitude.

    摘要: A stator assembly has a motor housing of a cylindrical shape and a stator fixed to an inner peripheral wall of the motor housing by a shrink fitting process. A stator core of the stator includes a projecting portion in contact with the motor housing and a stopper portion, which is smaller than the projecting portion in a radial direction. The stopper portion is in contact with the motor housing in an actual-use temperature range. The projecting portions and the stopper portions are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction in a cyclic manner. A cycle unit is composed of one or more than one projecting portion and one or more than one stopper portion. Multiple stator core sheets are built up in such a way that the cycle units are alternately arranged in an axial direction and neighboring stator core sheets are displaced in the circumferential direction by a predetermined shift angle. A curvature radius of the projecting portion at a position, at which the projecting portion is in contact with the motor housing, is smaller than a radius of a circumscribed circle of the projecting portion.
