Abstract:
A probe and a method fabricating the same are disclosed. The probe includes a wire and a bump, wherein the wire is formed on a substrate; and the bump is formed upon the wire. In addition, a probe block is disclosed. The probe block includes a plurality of probes disposed on a substrate, so that the probe block is composed of a plurality of wires and bumps. The wires are disposed on the substrate and each bump is disposed accurately upon an end of each wire. The bump and the wire of the probe in accordance with the present invention are formed jointlessly. The method of fabricating the probe is characterized in that a grayscale mask is utilized to form the wire on the substrate and form the bump upon the wire by using a single masking process.
Abstract:
An embodiment of a processing device includes a function unit and a control unit. The function unit receives input data and performs a specific operation to the input data to generate result data. The control unit receives the result data and generates an output signal. The control unit latches the result data according to a first clock signal to generate first data and latches the result data according to a second clock signal to generate second data. The control unit compares the first data with the second data to generate a control signal and selects the first data or the second data to serve as data of the output signal according to the control signal. The second clock signal is delayed from the first clock signal by a predefined time period.
Abstract:
A top frame is mounted on a golf bag to hold heads of golf clubs and has a base, a support and transverse rows of multiple dividing spaces. The support is formed on the base and has multiple crossbeams transversely formed on the support at different levels. The transverse rows of the dividing spaces are defined through the support, correspond to the crossbeams, are located different levels and respectively hold the golf clubs. The dividing spaces in different levels appropriately classify the golf clubs with different lengths so that a user may quickly access to a desired golf club without seeking and consideration.
Abstract:
In a method for making extensible artificial leather, a substrate is supported on in-extensible woven cloth and firmly located on a coating machine. A highly solid-containing water-based polyurethane resin is coated on the substrate to form a middle layer with tiny open cells. The middle layer is dried, and the woven cloth is removed from the substrate. A superficial layer of polyurethane is attached to the middle layer in a dry process so that the extensible artificial leather is made with excellent strength against peeling, abrasion and dissolution.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a light-guiding plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The light-guiding plate includes a light-guiding substrate, a first shielding layer, and a second shielding layer. The light-guiding substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first shielding layer is disposed on the first surface and includes a first light-transmitting portion. The second shielding layer is disposed on the second surface and includes a second light-transmitting portion. Thereby, light emitted from a light source could pass through the first light-transmitting portion, the light-guiding substrate, and the second light-transmitting portion, so that a light-halo phenomenon does not occur on the light-guiding plate.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses the combined treatment of memantine (N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist) and tea polyphenol (an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent) is more effective (synergistic) in neuroprotection than either memantine or tea polyphenol alone in mouse excitotoxic injury. These findings provide useful information about the potential application of memantine and tea polyphenols in preventing or treating clinical excitotoxic injury such as brain trauma, brain ischemia, epilepsy, and Alzheimer's disease.
Abstract:
A light-emitting device includes first and second semiconductor layers and a light-emitting layer between the first and second semiconductor layers. The light-emitting device also includes an improved electrode structures.
Abstract:
A transversely movable hinge has a central bracket and two tilt hinge assemblies and is mounted between a cover and a base of an electronic device to allow the cover to pivot and rotate relative to the base. Each tilt hinge assembly has a pivoting leaf with a mounting segment, a torque washer and a biasing assembly. The torque washer is rotated relative to the mounting segment and has at least one protrusion. The biasing assembly presses the torque washer so the protrusion rubs against the mounting segment to provide a larger force to hold the cover at any visual angle. Then even if the resilient force of the biasing assembly is reduced to allow the cover to be easily moved transversely relative to the base, the hinge can still provide enough holding force.
