摘要： In a wobble plate type compressor having a wobble plate that converts a rotational motion of a rotatable drive plate having a variable angle of inclination to a linear reciprocating motion of a piston, a method of controlling the wobble plate type compressor to control a displacement of the compressor by changing an angle of inclination of the wobble plate according to a pressure difference between a pressure in a crankcase chamber acting on one side of the piston and a suction pressure acting on the other side of the piston. A solenoid-operated control valve is disposed in a pressure control passage extending from a discharge chamber to the crankcase chamber. The control valve is opened and closed to control the above-mentioned pressure difference, thus controlling the angle of inclination of the wobble plate. An opening of the control valve is increased during a period in which the displacement of the compressor is to be reduced, according to a displacement rapid reduction command signal. In an initial stage of this period, the opening of the control valve is made temporarily wider than in the remaining period.

摘要： In the pressure control valve assembly according to the present invention, a plurality of communication passages or slits is formed in either the movable throttling plunger or its associated stationary seat portion, and such passages are so arranged that their effective communication area is variable with the plunger movement relative to the seat portion in the region where the plunger is positioned close to its full-throttling position, whereby throttling of the refrigerant gas in such a region is achieved through the effective communication area of these passages.

摘要： A variable capacity type vane compressor comprising a cylinder having an oblong cylinder bore and a rotor with radial vanes rotatably inserted in the cylinder so that the radially outer ends of the vanes are in slidable contact with the cylinder bore surface to form compression chambers therebetween. A movable capacity control disk is arranged at an interface between one side plate and the rotor to control the quantity of introduced gas and/or returned compressed gas to vary a capacity of the compressor. The capacity control disk is moved by a spool actuator inserted in a spool cylinder having opposed working chambers. Gas under output pressure is introduced into the first working chamber, and oil under output pressure is introduced into the second working chamber, while a leak passage relieves the oil pressure to an intermediate pressure. A spring is also arranged in the second working chamber to urge the spool, and a valve is arranged in the oil passage close to the second working chamber to regulate the movement of the spool in response to a predetermined requirement.

摘要： A variable-delivery compressor having plural compression chambers whose volume is changed as a rotor is rotated in a housing to compress a gas sucked through a suction port and deliver the compressed gas through a discharge port, comprising: a by-pass passage for communication between a compressing and a sucking compression chamber of the plural compression chambers; a device for changing the position of the discharge-side extremity of an opening of the by-pass passage on the side of the compressing compression chamber, in the circumferential direction of the rotor, to retard the compression start timing of the compressing compression chamber; and at least one of a variable flow restrictor device associated with a suction passage communicating with the suction port to adjust a flow of the gas which is sucked through the suction passage, and a pressure relief device including a pressure relief passage and a switching device for closing and opening the pressure relief device. The pressure relief passage is normally closed by the switching device, but opened by the switching device to permit the compressing compression chamber to communicate with the suction chamber when the discharge-side extremity of the opening of the by-pass passage is shifted in the rotating direction of the rotor to a position nearest to the discharge port.

摘要： A variable displacement wobble plate compressor with a guide unit for a wobble plate, having a cylindrical guide rod axially extending in the compressor in parallel with a compressor drive shaft, a slide slidably and rotatably fitted on the guide rod and provided with lateral pivots on laterally opposite sides thereof which extend in a direction at a right angle to the axis of the guide rod, and a pair of shoes pivotally engaged with the pivots of the slide and slidably received in a radial recess formed in a lowermost portion of the wobble plate. Each of the shoes has a semi-cylindrical outer face complementary with a semi-cylindrical concave wall of the radial recess of the wobble plate so as to permit a relative turning of the wobble plate to the shoes. The slide and shoes may have oil passageways and/or oil grooves.

The vehicle left-right wheel drive force distribution control apparatus executes a distributed output of a wheel drive force to left and right drive wheels in accordance with a control. The apparatus has a left-right drive force transient control amount computing section that computes a left-right drive force difference transient control amount based on a driver transient turn response. This control amount computed is used in the aforementioned control and is made smaller as the steering wheel is being turned away from a center position than as the steering wheel is being returned toward the center position.
