Abstract: A wireless communication system may use enhanced feedback indicating a PDSCH decoding outcome. The enhanced feedback may be in an uplink control information (UCI) and carried over PUCCH or PUSCH. The enhanced feedback may be encoded and divided up into two parts of the UCI. A first payload may be carried in a first part of the UCI and a second payload comprising additional feedback information may be carried in a second part of the UCI.

Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for a request and response signaling between first and second user equipment (UE) via a PC5 link for configuring inter-UE coordination. In some embodiments, request signaling entails a first UE identifying a transmit resource pool of the first UE to be sensed or evaluated by the second UE; instructing the second UE to report information indicating a quantity of resources; and instructing the second UE to evaluate the resources to be reported. In other embodiments, response signaling entails a first UE receiving from the second UE a request signal for inter-UE coordination; indicating a set of one or more resources, in which the set is indicated as corresponding to whitelist, blacklist, or collision list; and providing a validity time for resources indicated.

Abstract: Techniques discussed herein can facilitate inactive state transmissions for a Base Station (BS) via a 4-step or 2-step inactive state RACH process. One example aspect is a BS including communication circuitry and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the communication circuitry and configured to cause the BS to transmit a radio link quality threshold and an uplink data size for a Radio Resource Control (RRC) inactive data transmission. Receive a Random Access Channel (RACH) preamble in response to the radio link quality threshold and the uplink data size being satisfied. Receive the RRC inactive data transmission, and transmit a RACH message in response to receiving the RRC inactive data transmission.

Abstract: Systems and methods for modularized design for inter-physical layer priority uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may determine a first code rate for a first portion of UCI and a second code rate for a second portion of UCI. Different code rates may be used to encode different portions of UCI (e.g., hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) bits, channel state information (CSI) reporting bits, scheduling request (SR) bits, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits, etc.). Further, a UE may select a group of bets offset sets based on a physical layer priority type and a UCI multiplexing type.
