    Abstract: A method and a device for establishing an evolved packet system EPS bearer are disclosed. The method includes establishing, by a first base station to which UE belongs, a first EPS bearer based on a first CC for the UE, wherein the first EPS bearer is an EPS bearer between the first base station and the UE; and instructing, by the first base station, a second base station to establish a second EPS bearer based on a second CC for the UE, wherein the second EPS bearer is an EPS bearer between the second base station and the UE. The present invention enables the UE to aggregate carriers of different frequency ranges from the first base station to which the UE belongs and the second base station to which the UE belongs to transmit data, thus improving the throughput of the data transmitted by the UE.

    Abstract: A Media Access Control protocol data unit processing method includes: obtaining a Media Access Control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU), where the MAC PDU includes N sub-PDUs, each sub-PDU includes a logical channel identifier (LCID), the N sub-PDUs are arranged in a first sequence, and N is a positive integer; parsing the N sub-PDUs according to the first sequence, and when a first sub-PDU is parsed, stopping the parsing and reserving a parsed second sub-PDU, where the second sub-PDU includes at least one sub-PDU before the first sub-PDU in the N sub-PDUs in the first sequence, and a value of an LCID included in the first sub-PDU is a specified reserved value. In this way, a manner for processing a MAC PDU can be provided when a value of an LCID is an invalid value or a reserved value.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data transmission processing method including: receiving first indication information and saving context information of user equipment according to the first indication information, where the context information includes identification information of the user equipment; and decoding a PDCCH based on the identification information of the user equipment, to obtain second indication information, where the second indication information is used to determine that the user equipment is a paged object or that there is a service of the user equipment. The indication information meant for the paged object is carried in the PDCCH, so that the user equipment can determine, depending on whether the indication information can be successfully obtained, whether the user equipment is the paged object or has a service, and perform subsequent processing, for example, connecting to a network, when determining that the user equipment is the paged object or has a service.

    Abstract: A method and a device for establishing an evolved packet system EPS bearer are disclosed.     Abstract: A random access method, an evolved Node B (eNB), and a terminal equipment are provided. The method includes: determining target component carriers to which a User Equipment (UE) is to be handed over, and notifying the UE of information about the target component carriers through a source eNB; and after receiving a dedicated random access preamble sent by the UE, sending a random access response message on at least one component carrier in the target component carriers. The terminal equipment includes: a handover command receiving unit, a sending unit, and a random response receiving unit. Therefore, in a random access procedure of cell handover, the eNB is capable of determining downlink component carriers that a UE monitors, thereby increasing utilization rate of downlink resources.
