摘要: A focusing screen has a base plate with a planar surface. A plurality of unit regions are arrayed with a periodicity on the base plate planar surface. Each of the unit regions comprises (1) a first plurality of convex portions or concave portions having planar surfaces substantially parallel to the base plate planar surface and having a first height different from the base plate planar surface and having at least two different diameters, and (2) a second plurality of convex portions or concave portions having planar surfaces substantially parallel to the base plate planar surface and having a second height different from the base plate planar surface and having at least two different diameters.

摘要: In order to enhance resolving power and making the fabrication of an optical system easy, the image pickup device is of an arrangement that a color-separating optical means is disposed between an objective lens and a solid-state image sensor, and those images by the respective color lights which are focused at mutually displaced positions on the solid-state image sensor are integrated into one unified image by a signal processing circuitry to thereby collect also the image-informations corresponding to those areas lying between the picture elements. The color-separating optical means may be formed by either one of a color dispersion prism, a dichroic mirror, a diffraction grating, a glass block made of a medium of heterogeneous material and a light-divider containing liquid crystal.

摘要: A wafer carrying apparatus comprises a heat treatment plate for heat treating a wafer, the treatment plate having a plurality of through-holes spaced apart from each other at a prescribed distance. A plurality of pins are disposed to protrude from and to be retractable below the main surface of the heat treatment plate, through the through-holes. The tips of pins are kept at the same height and a pair of spaced elongated members, for example wires, whose relative spacing and position are changeable are effective for carrying and placing the wafer onto and removing the wafer from atop the pins.

摘要: An image forming optical system designed in simple composition and capable of providing images of high quality, said optical system comprising a prism system including at least a pair of a first prism arranged on the optical axis between an objective lens and an incident end face of an image guide or solid-state image sensor and having an emerging face inclined relative to the optical axis and a second prism having an incident surface inclined relative to the optical axis, and so adapted as to vibrate at least one of said first and second prisms in the direction of the optical axis by a piezoelectric element type of actuator. Said image forming optical system is so composed as to be suited for use with fiber scopes, electronic fiber scopes or display scopes.

摘要: A pull-push switch has one or two stationary contacts and one U-shaped elastic movable contact with two legs which, when not deformed, are adapted to resiliently make into contact with the stationary contacts. A cam is securely mounted on an operating shaft which can be axially shifted between the pulled and pushed positions. The cam has a small-diameter cylindrical portion contiguous with a tapered intermediate portion which in turn is contiguous also with a large-diameter cylindrical portion. The legs of the elastic movable contact are so positioned that they are normally maintained in contact with the peripheral surface of the cam as it is shifted in unison with the operating shaft so that when the shaft is pushed or pulled, the legs of the elastic movable contact rest on the small-diameter cylindrical portion of the cam and subsequently make contact with the stationary contacts, whereby the switch is closed. When the operating shaft is pulled or pushed, the legs of the elastic movable contact ride on the large-diameter cylindrical portion of the cam so that they are forced to bend outward or moved away from each other and from the stationary contacts and consequently the switch is opened.

The ettringite whiskers are especially useful in industry as a high tensile strength reinforcement, they increase self-extinguishability and the productive capacity of making sheets, boards of the like.

摘要: A gerotor assembly includes a star, a ring, and an annular plug member, as well as an o-ring. The star member defines a center opening of a first diameter which is connectable to a low-pressure fluid reservoir. The ring member circumscribes the star member. The ring member defines, in conjunction with a stationary end cap of a fluid control device, a fluid channel connectable to a high-pressure fluid supply. The plug member is circumscribed by the star member, and defines a center bore of a second diameter less than the first diameter. The o-ring is positioned between the star and the plug members. The plug member forms a fluid seal against the end cap. A fluid control device includes the above gerotor assembly and a valve housing section. A method of assembling the gerotor assembly and fluid control device are also disclosed.

A region on a surface of the inorganic sealing part on a side closer to the electrolyte than a region connected to the resin sealing part is covered with a protective resin layer that is resistant to the electrolyte.
