摘要： In one embodiment the present invention provides for a method of forming HTC dendritic fillers 40 within a host resin matrix that comprises adding HTC seeds 42 to the host resin matrix. The HTC seeds have been surface functionalized to not substantially react with one another. The seeds then accumulate HTC building blocks 42, and the HTC building blocks have also been surface functionalized to not substantially react with one another. Then assembling the HTC building blocks with the HTC seeds to produce HTC dendritic fillers 40 within the host resin matrix.

摘要： A quick connector is adapted to be attached to a fluid-containing vessel, such as an aerosol can. The quick connector includes a body having a passage through which fluid can flow when the quick connector is attached to the vessel. The quick connector preferably includes an attachment mechanism in the form of a plurality of radially flexible legs angularly disposed around a longitudinal axis of the passage and extending proximally from the body. An inwardly disposed finger is disposed at the proximal end of each of the legs. The locking ring travels between a first position in which the legs are free to flex outwardly and a second position in which the legs flex inwardly such that the fingers engage the vessel rim when the quick connector is attached to the vessel. Some embodiments include a floating capitulator to accommodate vessels having fluid delivery stems of varying sizes.

摘要： An automated method provides an efficient arrangement for setting certain financial transactions using a debit point of sale transaction network, as opposed to routing over a credit network. The method and arrangement uses an onsite database of bank identification numbers to conduct a preliminary assessment of whether a particular card is debit capable, and appropriately processes the transaction information based on the preliminary assessment. The system preferably is also updated when a financial transaction is successfully completed as a debit transaction which the database did not initially identify as being debit capable. In this way, the database is continuously updated and over time, a more accurate database is achieved. The system can also be networked, such that information between databases is shard and improved, based on the network experience.
