    摘要: Disclosed herein is a plasma processing apparatus, which generates plasma within a vacuum chamber to process semiconductor substrates using the plasma. The apparatus comprises a substrate mounting table, an outer lifting bar, and a baffle. The outer lifting bar comprises a driving shaft, and a substrate supporting member coupled perpendicular to an upper end of the driving shaft. The baffle comprises a baffle plate coupled to the upper end of the driving shaft, and a shielding portion coupled to a lower surface of the baffle plate. The substrate supporting member is a foldable substrate supporting member. The baffle and the substrate supporting member are driven up and down at the same time by the driving shaft. As a result, it is possible to protect the substrate supporting member from plasma, and to prevent interference between the baffle and the outer lifting bar during operation of the plasma processing apparatus.

    摘要: An automatic locking valve for safely administering a dose of medication is disclosed. The automatic locking valve comprises a valve housing defined with a space and formed with input and output ports for intaking and discharging the medication, a spool-shaped on/off member having a diameter smallest at the center thereof and being tapered to linearly increase toward upper and lower portions of the on/off member so that the on/off member moves up and down depending on a closed state of the door, and a membrane attached to the space of the valve housing such that the membrane expands toward a lower portion of the space due to an elasticity of the membrane when the tube is blocked. The medication can be safely and accurately administered under a condition of installation with the door closed above the tube.

    摘要: A code combining soft handoff method is disclosed. A mobile terminal measures a strength of respective pilot signals received from a plurality of base stations. If the strength of the received pilot signal is higher than a given value, a base station controller allocates a new code pattern to the corresponding base station to additionally receive a signal from the base station. If the strength of the received pilot signal is lower than the specified value, it drops a signal of the corresponding base station. The mobile terminal and the base station change the code pattern of one of the signals from the two base stations into a code pattern different from the code pattern of the other signal.

    摘要: The present invention relates to combining point-to-multipoint service data in a mobile terminal of a wireless communication system. A mobile terminal receiving MBMS service data of a current cell in a MAC entity while concurrently receiving the same MBMS service data from a neighboring cell in a MAC entity discards any received data not related to MBMS. Accordingly, any unnecessary operation of the terminal in simultaneously receiving the MBMS service from different cells is minimized. Thus, the mobile terminal effectively receives the MBMS service.
