Abstract: A method for requesting an uplink scheduling is provided. In the case that there is an SR PUCCH resource established on a secondary cell, not an SR PUCCH resource established on a primary cell, and a special secondary cell is in a state of de-activation at the time of sending an uplink scheduling request, the uplink scheduling request is stopped and a random access procedure is initiated. If the uplink scheduling request can be sent on a plurality of cells at the same point of time, that is, if there are a plurality of uplink resources available for the uplink scheduling request at the same point of time, the uplink scheduling request is sent only on one of the plurality of cells (and using only one uplink resource).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system that supports unlicensed bands, and relates to a method for reporting channel state information when a partial subframe (pSF) is formed. A method for user equipment (UE) reporting channel state information (CSI) in a wireless access system that supports unlicensed bands according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving a downlink burst configured to an unlicensed band cell (U cell) supporting unlicensed bands as far as a certain subframe; measuring CSI with respect to the downlink burst; and reporting the measured CSI to a base station. In this regard, if a pSF is included in the downlink burst, the UE does not consider the pSF to be a valid downlink subframe for CSI measurement, and the pSF may be formed to have a smaller size than a general subframe.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for receiving a downlink control signal in a TDD-based wireless communication system, and to an apparatus therefor. The method comprises receiving a downlink signal via a downlink interval in a specific frame including the downlink interval, a guard interval and an uplink interval. A combination of the downlink interval, the guard interval and the uplink interval is given using configuration information on the specific subframe. When the configuration information is given such that the length of the downlink interval is larger than a specific value, detecting a first type of PDCCH is performed in the specific subframe. When the configuration information is given such that the length of the downlink interval is equal to or smaller than the specific value, detecting the first type of PDCCH is skipped in the specific subframe.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in the wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring an uplink subframe (UL SF) of a first set and a UL SF of a second set; receiving a downlink control information (DCI) format including a bitmap for indicating transmit power control (TPC) for a plurality of terminals; and controlling transmit power of an uplink channel by using TPC information on the terminals from the bitmap, wherein the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the first set when the DCI format comprises a first identifier, and the TPC information is used for controlling transmit power of an uplink channel transmitted from the UL SF of the second set when the DCI format comprises a second identifier.
