    摘要: A screen printing apparatus includes: a positioning stage for positioning an object and a plate arranged above it; printing squeegees which are moved horizontally on the plate for printing through the plate onto the object; a driver for moving the positioning stage; a horizontal driver for moving the positioning stage in two substantially perpendicular directions; a positioning controller for calculating a central position of a pattern on the plate from a reference position and the size of an outer periphery of the object, moving the positioning stage so that the central position corresponds to a center of the object. A carry-in conveyor is provided for feeding the object onto the positioning stage along a predetermined transferring direction, the conveyor being arranged away from the positioning stage and having a carry-in conveyor surface on which the object is placed before the object is fed onto the positioning stage. The carry-in conveyor surface is positioned within the same plane as an object placing surface of the positioning stage. A carry-out conveyor is provided for transferring the object on the positioning stage along the transferring direction, the carry-out conveyor being arranged away from the positioning stage and having a carry-out conveyor surface on which the object is placed after the object is fed from the positioning stage. The carry-out conveyor surface is positioned within the same plane as the object placing surface of the positioning stage.

    摘要: A cermet cutting tool, and process for producing the same, comprising a substrate formed from titanium carbo-nitride based cermet, and a hard coating layer of average thickness 0.5.about.20 .mu.m, formed onto the surface of the cermet substrate comprising a lower layer formed from at least one layer of a compound selected from the group consisting of titanium carbide (TiC), titanium nitride (TiN), titanium carbo-nitride (TiCN), titanium carbo-oxide (TiCO) and titanium carbo-oxi-nitride (TiCNO), and aluminum oxide (Al.sub.2 O.sub.3). Additionally, at least one of the layers comprising the hard coating layer is a titanium carbo-nitride layer, and at least one layer of this titanium carbo-nitride layer comprises a longitudinal growth crystal structure, and a further layer comprises a granular crystal structure. In the method of fabrication, chemical vapor deposition is performed using a reaction gas composed of 1.about.5% of TiCl.sub.4, 0.1.about.1% of CH.sub.3 CN, 0.about.25% of N.sub.2 with the remaining portion being composed of H.sub.2, under a reaction temperature of 800.degree..about.900.degree. C. and a reaction pressure of 30.about.200 Torr.

    摘要: A photo film cassette contains a spool in rotatable fashion, with a photo film wound thereabout as a roll. Rotation of the spool in an unwinding direction causes the photo film to exit through a passage port. Upper and lower shell halves constitute a cassette shell. Two combinations of a retaining hook and a receiving portion are disposed on the cassette shell and respectively beside the passage port. Both hooks are formed on the lower shell half. Both receiving portions are formed on the upper shell half, are engaged with the hook, and fixedly secure the shell halves. The hooks and the receiving portions are shaped straight along a width of the photo film. A pair of second receiving portions are formed on the upper shell half, and are engaged with the hooks prior to engagement of the first receiving portions with the hooks. The second receiving portions keep the upper shell half partially separate from the lower shell half, and retain the shell halves in preliminary fashion, before the shell halves are joined up. In a preferred embodiment, a hinge section is disposed in the cassette shell in opposition to the passage port, and connects the shell halves in swingable fashion. Two access openings are formed in the cassette shell for rendering the hooks respectively accessible externally, to allow external disengagement of the hooks.

The process for producing a cermet cutting tool according to the present invention comprises a step for preparing a substrate from titanium carbo-nitride based cermet, and a step for forming a hard coating layer onto the surface of said substrate using a chemical vapor deposition method wherein in at least one part of this step, chemical vapor deposition is performed using a reaction gas composed of 1.about.5% of TiCl.sub.4, 0.1.about.1% of CH.sub.3 CN, 0.about.25% of N.sub.2 with the remaining portion being composed of H.sub.2, under a reaction temperature of 800.degree..about.900.degree. C. and a reaction pressure of 30.about.200 Torr.

    摘要: An electric motor used for example in a magnetic disk drive, includes a rotor having a hub on which the magnetic disk is mounted, and an annular driving permanent magnet, and rotating together with a rotary shaft, and a stator disposed outside the rotor, having a core and coils wound on the core. A signaling permanent magnet for detecting the rotary angle or the rotational speed of the rotor may be provided on the radially inner side of the driving permanent magnet. Part of the outer periphery of the stator core may be retracted radially inward or cut away to form a concavity or an open part. A magnetic shielding plate may further be provided to cover the coils, with part or the entirety of the magnetic shielding plate being positioned closer to the rotary shaft than the outermost periphery of the rotor to prevent the escape of the rotor in the direction of the rotary shaft. The stator core may be provided, at its inner extremities, bent portions extending in the direction parallel with the rotary shaft, and away from the hub. Alternatively, the midpoint of the stator core may be positioned farther away from the hub than the midpoint of the driving permanent magnet.

    摘要: A heater head assembly for a Stirling-type engine has a cylinder and a regenerator housing each of which includes a manifold as an integral part thereof, and heater tubes inserted at one end into the cylinder manifold and at the other end into the regenerator housing manifold linking the cylinder and regenerator housing. Each manifold is broadened longitudinally on the heater tube side so that a working gas flow passage defined by the inner wall thereof has a longitudinal width greater than the inner diameter of the corresponding cylinder or regenerator housing. The inner wall of each manifold makes a smooth, gradual and successive transition from the broader portion of the manifold on the heater tube side to the inner wall of the narrower corresponding cylinder or regenerator housing without forming a sudden constriction in the working gas flow passage.
