摘要： The front luminance of the light emitted from a surface light emitter provided with a surface light emitting device is greatly enhanced. In a surface light emitter in which a light control sheet 10 having a concavoconvex structure provided on one of its surfaces is affixed on to the light emitting side surface of a surface light emitting device, the projections 12 on one surface of the above light control sheet gets small towards the light emitting side surface of the above surface light emitting device, not only the tip surfaces 12a of these projections 12 are affixed to the light emitting side surface, but also a transparent material with a lower refractive index than the above light control sheet is packed in the space part 13 formed between the projections of the above light control sheet and the light emitting side surface of the surface light emitting device.

摘要： A method of producing a multilayer ceramic electronic device, having a firing step for firing a pre-firing element body wherein a plurality of dielectric layers and internal electrode layers containing a base metal are alternately arranged, characterized in that the firing step has a temperature raising step for raising a temperature to a firing temperature, and hydrogen is continued to be introduced from a point in time of the temperature raising step. According to the method, it is possible to provide a method of producing a multilayer ceramic electronic device, such as a multilayer ceramic capacitor, wherein shape anisotropy and other structural defaults are hard to occur and electric characteristics are improved while suppressing deterioration thereof even if dielectric layers becomes thinner and stacked more.

摘要： In a printed circuit board on which a first conductor pattern, a second conductor pattern of smaller area than the first conductor pattern and electronic components are mounted, a gap between a first through-hole connected to the first conductor pattern and a first lead pin inserted therein is defined to be larger than that between a second through-hole connected to the second conductor pattern and a second lead pin. With this, it becomes possible to improve solder rise property, without increasing the number of electronic component production processes or degrading strength with respect to the electronic component.

According to the present invention, an electronic device excellent in all of the dielectric constant, high temperature accelerated life, TC bias, and IR temperature dependency can be provided.

摘要： A powder magnetic core with improved high frequency magnetic characteristics and reduced eddy current loss is manufactured by a manufacturing method including the steps of (a) providing coated soft magnetic particles which are particles composed of soft magnetic material which each have been coated with an insulating coating, and insulator particles; (b) forming a magnetic layer by press molding the coated soft magnetic particles in a mold assembly; (c) forming an insulator layer on the magnetic layer by press molding the insulator particles in the mold assembly; and (d) repeating the steps (b) and (c) to fabricate a laminate of alternating magnetic layers and insulator layers and provide the powder magnetic core.
