Abstract:
A user interface is provided that exposes items such as developer tasks, commands, property settings, and other related information to a user. The user interface may be invoked in a number of development interfaces such as, for example, a designer or an editor. The user interface may be either an object bound interface or an action triggered interface. An object bound interface exposes a set of items that are associated with a corresponding object. An action triggered interface exposes a set of items that are associated with a corresponding triggering action. In addition to enumerating developer tasks, the user interface may provide a direct link to other interfaces that facilitate task execution.
Abstract:
The invention provides a low density paperboard material and associated method for use in producing an insulated container, and is especially well-suited for making cups. The paperboard material comprises a paperboard web including wood fibers and expanded microspheres, and has a relatively low density ranging from about 6 to about 10 lb/3 MSF/mil, a relatively high caliper ranging from about 24 to about 35 mil, and an internal bond strength of at least about 80×10−3 ft-lbf., preferably at least 100×10−3 lft-lbf. For applications such as cups the material is also coated on one or both sides with a barrier coating, preferably low density polyethylene, to limit liquid penetration into the web. The low density paperboard material of the invention is convertible for manufacture of containers, particularly cups, and exhibits insulative properties comparable to higher cost materials conventionally used to make cups. Also, the surface of the low density board may have a Sheffield smoothness of 300 SU or greater compared with the surface smoothness of 160 to 200 SU for conventional cupstock, the latter having been thought necessary for adequate print quality. However, it has been found that the low density board exhibits good printability on flexo printing machines despite its relatively rough surface, which is surprising and bonus effect realized along with the insulative and other properties of the board.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a paper substrate containing high surface sizing and low internal sizing and having high dimensional stability, as well as methods of making and using the composition.
Abstract:
Methods to promote usage of anonymously identifying a user to a web site over a computer network by providing an incentive program tied to a client identifier placed by the web site on a computer of the user. The incentive program account is created without requesting any user specific information and account is credited with bonus points based on user's browsing behavior with the web site and subsequent access to the account is possible only if the web site receives original client identifier. In case of loss of original client identifier, various means to recover the identifier is provided to the user. In another aspect, the program provides means to transfer bonus points between accounts and leverages this association of anonymous client identifiers to form an anonymous group profile. In preferred embodiment, the computer network is the Internet and the client identifier is located within a cookie file.

Abstract:
A computer implemented method for document clustering comprises receiving one or more documents via one or more input means, arranging the one or more documents into a term-document matrix using term frequency-inverse document frequency, removing and stemming of one or more common clutter/stop words from the one or more documents, extracting one or more features from the one or more documents using non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) and k means, determining one or more vectors based on the one or more features, implementing k-means clustering thereby iterating the one or more documents and the one or more features and clustering the one or more documents based on similarity between the extracted one or more features and the each of the one or more documents.
Abstract:
A system and method enabling a designer to build electronic forms from hierarchical data is described. Displays of hierarchical data, facilitation of selection of a portion of the hierarchical data, and displays of one or more transformation-language components associated with a selected portion of hierarchical data are described. From the transformation-language components selected by a designer, generation of an electronic form is also described.
Abstract:
Described herein is a system having a multi-host Ethernet controller (102) configured to provide communication and control between two or more independent host processors (104) and a network device. In one implementation, the multi host Ethernet controller (102), having an integrated L2 switch (110) to enable a plurality of independent host systems to access same physical gigabit network port concurrently. Each host processor (104) sees the controller as PCI based independent network controller and accesses the controller using its own mini-port driver. The common programming parameters such as Link Speed or Inter Packet Gap (IPG) are programmed by a virtualization engine. Packets from network (LAN) are switched based on MAC destination address and sent to corresponding host based on MAC destination address. Packets from each host processor (104) are forwarded to network interface or other host processor (104) based on MAC destination address.
Abstract:
An invention is disclosed for conducting a remote presentation session with a client that uses a web browser to conduct the session. In embodiments, a proxy server exists between the remote presentation server and the client. The proxy server establishes a HTTP session with the client and a remote presentation session with the client. The server generates graphics encoded with a remote presentation protocol and sends them to the proxy, which re-encodes them as video and sends them to the client for display in the web browser. The client captures user input at the web browser and sends it to the proxy, which encodes it with the remote presentation protocol and sends it to the server to be processed.
Abstract:
An improved method, mechanism, and system for implementing, generating, and maintaining for implementing session pools is disclosed. A session in a session pool can be customized to with a specific set of affinities and attributes. Tags can be associated with the customized sessions. When a later request is made for a session having a set of desired characteristics, the tags can be used to search for and identify a session in the session pool having the requested characteristics. Also disclosed is a method, mechanism, and system for dynamic sizing of session pools.
