Abstract: The present invention relates to a gene expression cassette including a synthetic 5′ untranslated region (5′ UTR), a promoter, and a regulatory gene; a recombinant vector including a replication origin and the gene expression cassette; a recombinant microorganism which has the recombinant vector introduced thereinto and shows alleviated segregational instability and; a method for preparing a recombinant microorganism having alleviated segregational instability by introducing the recombinant vector thereinto; and a method for quantitatively controlling a plasmid copy number in a recombinant microorganism. According to the present invention, removal of infA and efp, which are genes indispensable for cells, encoding respectively for a translation initiation factor and a protein elongation factor (EF-P), from a microbial chromosome and introduction of the gene expression cassette including the regulatory gene with Escherichia coli serving as a host allow the stable maintenance of plasmids in an antibiotic-free medium without causing intercellular intrinsic variations. In addition, the precise control of expression levels of infA and efp in the recombinant microorganism by means of a promoter can lead to the quantitative control of PCN at high yield as well. Therefore, the present invention can find a broad spectrum of applications in a variety of industries producing recombinant proteins.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a perovskite light-emitting composition, and a method for preparing the same. The method for producing the perovskite light-emitting composition of the present disclosure includes an organic siloxane solvent having very high hydrophobicity and low surface tension as a synthesis solvent, thereby having a large surface tension difference from the perovskite light-emitting particles containing an organic ligand. Through these properties, a dense organic ligand can be attached to the surface of the perovskite nanoparticles, and perovskite light-emitting particles having a high ligand density can be prepared. Accordingly, the perovskite light-emitting particles prepared by the method of the present disclosure have improved dispersion stability, light-emitting properties and long-term storage stability.

Since the binder for an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery of the present disclosure can satisfy stability, solubility, polarity and adhesive property at the same time, it can significantly accelerate the commercialization of an all-solid-state battery based on a wet process.

Abstract: Proposed is a neck device for absorbing shock and reducing vibration of a legged mobile robot. The device may include a shock absorber, a sensor platform coupled to a part of the shock absorber, and a variable dynamic vibration absorber mounted on the sensor platform. The shock absorber may be fixed to a body portion of the legged mobile robot and configured to absorb shock and vibration. The sensor platform may include a camera and an inertial measurement unit. The variable dynamic vibration absorber may be configured to adjust an absorption frequency of shock and vibration caused by a movement of the legged mobile robot. The shock absorber and the variable dynamic vibration absorber may reduce shock and vibration transmitted to the sensor platform, so as to reduce movement and rotation of the sensor platform.
