    Abstract: A method of fabricating a deposition mask includes forming a wrinkle pattern in a mask rib region and including grooves by partially etching a front surface of a silicon substrate, forming a first photoresist pattern including first openings on a front surface of the silicon substrate in each of cell areas, growing a first plating film covering the grooves of the wrinkle pattern and a second plating film covering first openings of the first photoresist pattern, removing the first photoresist pattern, forming a second photoresist pattern in outer frame areas on a rear surface of the silicon substrate, and exposing a rear surface of metal mask ribs formed with the first plating film and a rear surface of a mask membrane formed with the second plating film by partially etching the rear surface of the silicon substrate using the second photoresist pattern.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a deposition mask may include forming an inorganic film pattern on a silicon substrate, depositing a metal layer on the inorganic film pattern and openings of the inorganic film pattern, etching portions of the metal layer deposited on the openings of the inorganic film pattern, depositing a protective layer on the inorganic film pattern and the openings of the inorganic film pattern, removing the silicon substrate and the inorganic film pattern provided in each cell region, and removing the protective layer.

    Abstract: The master device includes a first pad connected to a slave device through a first wire; a second pad connected to the slave device through a second wire; and a communication interface to transmit a communication control signal to the slave device through the first pad, and, through the second pad, to transmit a first data signal synchronized with the communication control signal to the slave device and to receive a second data signal synchronized with the communication control signal from the slave device. The first data signal is transmitted to the slave device by the master device in a write mode and the second data signal is transmitted to the master device by the slave device in a read mode. The communication interface is configured to start the read mode by transiting the communication control signal from a first voltage level to a second voltage level while the second pad has a predetermined voltage level.
