Abstract:
A portable telephone with a camera is disclosed, in which a functionality of a camera being rotated to an object in any desired rotational angle without a main body turned around. The portable telephone comprises a main body having a control panel installed on a front face of the main body and a rotation-support part formed in an upper end of the main body, a folder having a display panel and a speaker installed on a front face of the folder and having a connecting part formed in a low end of the folder, the connecting part being rotatably coupled to outer sides of the rotation-support part, and a camera module being rotatably coupled to inner sides of the rotation-support parts.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a power control method for forward links in the CDMA cellular mobile communication system and a structure of a mobile station and a base station for the control. The power control method for forward links and a structure of a base station and a mobile station for the control in the CDMA cellular mobile communication system is presented which can increase forward link capacity as a mobile station measures signals of forward traffic channels from base stations in soft handoff and requests power increase/decrease divided for each corresponding base station and the base station adjusts transmit power of corresponding traffic channels depending on the forward link state.
Abstract:
A method for shedding traffic load in a code division multiple access mobile communication system, the method performing a soft handoff operation using the ratio of the received forward link pilot signal power to the sum of all interference signals power to transfer a portion of traffic load in the present serving cell with a high traffic density to an adjacent cell with a low traffic density. When the amount of traffic load in the present serving cell is increased and thus exceeds a link capacity of the present serving cell, handoff parameters of all mobile stations in the present serving cell can be updated on the basis of a power allocation state managed by a base station without reducing the coverage of a forward link. On the basis of the updated handoff parameters, the soft handoff operation is performed from a part of the mobile stations in the present serving cell with the high traffic density (for example, mobile stations at the edge of the present serving cell) to the adjacent cell with the low traffic density. Therefore, the excessive traffic load amount in the present serving cell can effectively be shed.
Abstract:
A denim fabric sheet is drawn into a folded rope configuration, and passed through an impact mechanism and an abrasion mechanism to give the fabric sheet a worn-out stonewashed appearance. Prior to passage through the impact mechanism the fabric sheet is coated with a water solution containing about five percent lubricant, four percent surfactant and about one percent antimigrant. After passage through the impact mechanism, the fabric sheet is rinsed and coated with a more dilute water solution about one percent lubricant, one quarter percent surfactant, about one half percent migrant, and about one half cellulase enzyme. The process is controllable to produce a consistent product appearance and fabric texture.
Abstract:
A system, a mobile communication terminal, and a method for transferring information. The system for transferring information includes a first terminal configured to extract and transmit transfer information and a second terminal configured to receive the transfer information. Here, the transfer information corresponds to an intersection state between the first terminal and the second terminal when the first terminal performs first short-range communication with the second terminal, and the first terminal and the second terminal compute their respective position information when the first short-range communication is performed, exchange the position information with each other, and calculate the intersection state information based on the respective position information of the first and second terminals.
Abstract:
In a radio communication system of hierarchical cell structure in which macrocells provided by a macro base station and femto cells provided by a femto base station are overlapped on each other, a method and a system for handing over a terminal are provided. To be specific, if load of a serving base station increase or decreases more than a predetermined extent, a method and a system adaptively adjust the handover between macro base stations, between femto base station, or between femto base station and macro base station.

Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a two-phase cleaning element that enhances polishing pad cleaning so as to prevent wafer scratches and contamination in chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) processes. In some embodiments, the two-phase pad cleaning element comprises a first cleaning element and a second cleaning element configured to successively operate upon a section of a CMP polishing pad. The first cleaning element comprises a megasonic cleaning jet configured to utilize cavitation energy to dislodge particles embedded in the CMP polishing pad without damaging the surface of the polishing pad. The second cleaning element is configured to apply a high pressure mist, comprising two fluids, to remove by-products from the CMP polishing pad. By using megasonic cleaning to dislodge embedded particles a two-fluid mist to flush away by-products (e.g., including the dislodged embedded particles), the two-phase pad cleaning element enhances polishing pad cleaning.
Abstract:
A method for applying a pressure-sensitive gel material during assembly of an array of pre-singulated packaged semiconductor devices. In the method, pressure-sensitive gel material is dispensed onto a first semiconductor device of the array, where the first semiconductor device is disposed within a first cavity. A first curing process is performed to partially cure the pressure-sensitive gel material in the first cavity. Pressure-sensitive gel material is then dispensed onto another semiconductor device of the array, where the other semiconductor device is disposed within another cavity. The first curing process is initiated before the dispensing of the pressure-sensitive gel material inside of the other cavity is completed and initially cures pressure-sensitive gel material for fewer than all of the pre-singulated packaged semiconductor devices of the array.
