    摘要: A multifilament yarn composed of multiple filaments as thin as 0.5 to 1.5 dTex is used for all warp knitting yarns (1, 2) and warp weaving yarns (21 to 35-N) of a tape main body (A). As for an exposed portion on a side of a coupling head of each element covered with multiple fixing yarns (11, 11), when it is assumed that a distance from a front end of each coupling head (Eh) to an inside face of a connecting portion (Ec) is (a) while a dimension of a covered portion of an element (E) covered with the fixing yarns (11, 11) in a direction of a leg portion (El) thereof is (b), a value of a ratio (b/a) is larger than 1/2 and 4/5 or less. As a consequence, it is possible to obtain a knitted/woven concealed type slide fastener in which fastener elements are attached strongly in a stable manner, and even if a strong lateral force is applied to the slide fastener during usage, a coupling portion of a fastener element row is difficult to be seen from outside, the knitted/woven concealed type slide fastener being thin and plastic.

    摘要: A knitted-in slide fastener comprising a continuous fastener element row which is knitted in at the same time as knitting of a fastener tape, wherein a fastener element mounting portion is knitted with a fixing knitting yarn for sandwiching and fixing upper and lower leg portions of each fastener element in a direction of front and rear of the fastener tape and other knitting yarns. Part of these composition yarns is composed of composite fiber yarns formed of heat shrinkage fiber material and heat fusion fiber material, and the heat shrinkage fiber material is shrunk by heat treatment and at the same time, the heat fusion fiber material is fused with other the composition yarns in the vicinity thereof. Consequently, no fraying occurs in yarns even if the composition yarn is cut out.

    摘要: The present invention provides a slider enabling a meshing position of a fastener chain inserted through a slider to be adjusted smoothly by pulling the fastener stringers in opposite directions along the fastener tape. This invention provides a slider for slide fastener wherein right and left flanges are provided on one of upper wing plate and lower wing plate of a slider body toward the other upper wing plate and lower wing plate, a wide end face portion extending in the right/left direction is provided at a front end located at shoulder side of the flange, a top surface of the pair of the flanges comprises a flat surface portion in parallel to the wing plates. Further, a protruded portion in a V-shape or upside-down V-shape is provided on the top surface from the front end to a central portion along an inner edge thereof on the flat surface portion. An inverted portion of the fastener element comes into contact with the wide end face portion formed on the flange, thereby preventing the elements from escaping from the flange or being caught by the flange. Further, the provision of the protruded portion prevents such troubles more securely and facilitates an operation for pulling the fastener chains in opposite directions along the fastener tape.

During that time, a monofilament bending means disposed near one end of the first needle bed reciprocates along the upper space between the first and second needle beds at an underlapping position to continuously form individual fastener elements by bending the monofilament and to knit the formed fastener elements successively in a warp-knit fastener tape by the back-to-back needles in the first and second needle beds simultaneously with the knitting of the tape.

    摘要: A necessary number of knitting needles are slid at a predetermined timing along a multiplicity of parallel sliding grooves of a single needle bed, and a predetermined number of knitting yarn guides take lapping movements to form desired stitches of the knitting yarns while a monofilament bending means between one end of the needle bed and the yarn guides is operated at a predetermined timing for reciprocating along a predetermined number of knitting yarns at an underlapping position. During this reciprocating movement, a head-portion-holding member is moved between a holding position for holding a head portion of each fastener element from an inside thereof and a non-holding position, in synchronism with the bending of a monofilament. As a result, individual fastener elements are continuously formed by bending the monofilament, which is at the same time knitted in a warp-knit fastener tape simultaneously with the knitting of the tape, so that it is possible to efficiently manufacture a woven slide fastener stringer stable in shape.

An outer one of the tricot-stitch knitting yarns and an outer one of the single-cord-stitch yarns in the web portion are thick to reinforce the edge. Thus, the resulting fastener-element-attaching portion is non-stretchable, while the resulting web portion is stretchable.
