A novel compound of Chemical Formula 1: wherein: Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-60 heteroaryl containing one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S; each Z is independently hydrogen or deuterium; one of X1 and X2 is carbon (C) connected to a substituent of the following Chemical Formula 2, and the other is CH or CD: Y is O or S; and the other substituents are as defined in the specification; and an organic light emitting device including the same. When the compound of Chemical Formula 1 is used as a material in an organic material layer of an organic light-emitting device, the device exhibits excellent characteristics in terms of efficiency and lifetime.

Provided is a novel compound and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. A compound of Chemical Formula 1: where any one of R1 to R12 is a substituent of Chemical Formula 2, and the rest are hydrogen or deuterium: where L1 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, biphenyldiyl, or naphthalenediyl; L2 and L3 are each independently a single bond, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 arylene or C2-60 heteroarylene containing at least one of N, O and S, and Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl or C2-60 heteroaryl containing at least one of N, O and S may be used as a material for an organic material layer in the organic light emitting device, and may improve efficiency and properties in terms of a low driving voltage and a lifespan in the organic light emitting device.
