Abstract:
A method and apparatus for suspending a discontinuous reception (DRX) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a DRX suspend configuration including a DRX suspend triggering condition from a base station (BS), detects an occurrence of the DRX suspend triggering condition, performs an action according to the DRX suspend triggering condition, and suspends a DRX.
Abstract:
With regard to a method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system in the present specification, a method implemented by a first network node is characterized by comprising: transmitting a control message, including information pertaining to terminal context retention properties, to a terminal; receiving a first message including a first information block from the terminal; carrying out a verification process on the terminal on the basis of the received first message; and transmitting a second message to the terminal according to the results of the verification of the terminal, wherein the terminal context retention properties represent at least one of whether terminal context is retained or whether terminal context can be changed.
Abstract:
Here, operation for 3D beam forming is disclosed. UE, receiving reference signals from one or more base stations (eNBs), may report feedback information comprising precoding matrix information to the one or more eNBs. The precoding matrix information indicates a first type precoding matrix for a horizontal direction and a second type precoding matrix for a vertical direction. eNBs may transmit signals, which are precoded based on a third type precoding matrix for beam forming both on the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for generating a signal for low latency in a wireless communication system. The method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, for a communication device generating a situation-reporting signal for low latency and transmitting the signal to a base station in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: generating the situation-reporting signal on the basis of a pre-set, specific situation recognized by the communication device; and transmitting the generated situation-reporting signal to the base station, wherein the situation-reporting signal may be generated so as to have a subcarrier spacing which is a pre-set number of times larger than a subcarrier spacing of a legacy communication system, the pre-set number being an integer.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting a signal to a receiver by a transmitter in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes mapping one or more transmission steams to first logical antenna ports, mapping signals mapped to the first logical antenna ports to second logical antenna ports, and mapping signals mapped to the second logical antenna ports to physical antennas to transmit the signals mapped to the physical antennas to the receiver, wherein the number of the first logical antenna ports is less than or equal to the number of the second logical antenna ports and varies with a channel state between the transmitter and the receiver.
Abstract:
Provided is a method and apparatus for transmitting interference signal information for inter-cell interference cancellation in a wireless communication system. The method for transmitting interference signal information may comprise the steps of: calculating the intensity of a signal on the basis of antenna gain and transmission power for a generated signal; generating probability information on the probability that interference is cancelled when the signal acts as interference; determining interference signal information indicating a feature of the signal when the signal acts as interference, on the basis of the antenna gain, the intensity of the signal, and the probability information; and transmitting the interference signal information to an adjacent cell.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an authentication method performed by a radio access network (RAN) node in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof. In the present disclosure, a first message indicating initiation of an authentication procedure of the RAN node for multiple user equipments (UEs) used for a specific purpose to attach to a network is transmitted, an authentication request message including first security information for authenticating the network is received from the first network node, second security information for authenticating the RAN node is transmitted to the first network node, and a complete message indicating completion of the authentication procedure is received from the first network node.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for transmitting information for synchronization of a user equipment by a base station in a wireless communication system and apparatus for the same. In one embodiment of the present invention, a source base station transmits a request message requesting uplink synchronization information according to a predetermined reference to a target base station, receives a response message including the synchronization information from the target base station in response to the requested message, and transmits the received synchronization information to one or more user equipments which are to move to a cell serviced by the target base station. The synchronization information is used when the user equipments move to the cell serviced by the target base station without a process of acquiring the synchronization information.
Abstract:
A method for scanning for a base station (BS) of a second radio access technology (RAT) by a user equipment (UE) connected to a first RAT in a multi-RAT environment includes receiving information about one or more BSs of the second RAT adjacent to the UE, from an interworking entity (IWE) of the first RAT which manages interworking between the first RAT and the second RAT, and transmitting an awake request message to a specific BS among the BSs of the second RAT in a listening interval of the specific BS to which the UE desires to access, if a status of the specific BS is an idle mode, wherein listening interval information is included in the received information about the BSs of the second RAT.
Abstract:
The present description provides a method for transmitting uplink (UL) data in a wireless communication system. A method, which is carried out by means of a terminal, comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, control information related to transmission of low latency radio (LLR) service data; transmitting, on the basis of the received control information, the low latency radio service data to the base station through an urgent channel, wherein the control information comprises urgent channel information and/or urgent bearer information defined for transmission of the low latency radio service data.
