摘要: Optical waveguides and optical transceivers are formed on one main surface of a semiconductor substrate. A light source is provided on one side surface of the semiconductor substrate, and emits light to the optical waveguides. In each of the optical transceivers, when a voltage is applied to a silicon layer, an optical resonator resonates with any one of the light components traveling through the optical waveguides, and emits the light component to an optical transmission member. In addition, in each of the optical transceivers, when a voltage is applied to the silicon layer, another optical resonators resonate with light traveling through the optical transmission member and emit the resonance light to photodetectors, respectively.

摘要: The present invention includes flat-panel type display section (11), main body (12) which supports this flat-panel type display section (11), angle adjustment mechanism (13) for adjusting an inclination angle to a perpendicular direction of a display surface of flat-panel type display section (11), and shelf member (14) on which an article is to be placed. Then, as for shelf member (14), one end of the shelf member is provided near an upper edge of flat-panel type display section (11), and the other end of the shelf member is supported by main body (12). According to the present invention, since supporting plate (22) of shelf member (11) is supported by main body (12), shelf member (14) is not moved in connection with flat-panel type display section (11) when the display angle of flat-panel type display section (11) is adjusted by angle adjustment mechanism (13), and hence, the article is stably placed on shelf member (14).

摘要: In a segment-type wet friction material, an inner peripheral left corner of one segment piece and an inner peripheral right corner of another segment piece are respectively cut off at a fixed angle to a center line of an oil groove. The oil grooves have first oil grooves and second oil grooves. The second oil groove has nearly a uniform width. The first oil groove has an inner peripheral corner portion that is broadened to the center line of the oil groove from a fixed height. In case of being assembled in an automatic transmission, when the segment-type friction material rotates in one direction, an automatic transmission fluid supplied from an inner circumference bumps and touches the portion that is broadened at the fixed angle at a rear side in the rotating direction.
