    摘要: In a radio telephone scheme in which each of radio systems transmits a system identification code, and each radio system offers a service for a radio terminal, system identification codes of a plurality of radio systems, from which a user gets the service, and selection priorities corresponding to the system identification codes are stored. When a plurality of stored identification codes are received, a radio system having a system identification code, of the stored system identification codes, which corresponds to a highest selection priority is selected.

    摘要: An air-flow control device, for an engine having an intake passage and a fuel injector arranged in the intake passage for injecting fuel into the intake passage, includes an air-flow control valve, and a driving apparatus for driving the air-flow control valve. The air-flow control valve is arranged in the intake passage upstream of the fuel injector. The apparatus includes a first vacuum chamber into which the atmospheric pressure or a negative pressure produced in the intake passage downstream of the air-flow control valve is selectively introduced via a first vacuum control valve, and a second vacuum chamber into which the atmospheric pressure or a negative pressure produced in the intake passage downstream of the air-flow control valve is selectively introduced via a second vacuum control valve. The apparatus drives the air-flow control valve so that the degree of opening of the air-flow control valve becomes larger as the negative pressure in the first and the second vacuum chamber becomes larger. During an engine starting operation, the air-flow control valve is closed by introducing the atmospheric pressure into both of the first and the second vacuum chambers. After the engine starting operation is finished, the air-flow control valve is opened and the degree of opening of the air-flow control valve is controlled by controlling the negative pressure in the first and the second vacuum chambers.

    摘要: A radio connection system capable of improving the number of successfully completed connections between base stations and mobile stations, without resorting to complicated control systems and, therefore, desirably obtaining dynamic channel assignment. A base station transmits a proposed available radio frequency to a mobile unit which has issued a connection request and then waits to receive an answer from the mobile unit in any slot timing at the proposed radio frequency. The mobile unit detects a time slot which it can use and returns an answer to the base station in that time slot.

    摘要: A bill discriminator including within a housing a bill conveying mechanism which comprises a bill conveying path, a driving pulley, a driven pulley and conveyor belt and which is rotatable in both forward and reverse directions for conveyance of a bill within the bill conveying path, and bill discriminating magnetic head and photo sensors disposed in the bill conveying path, characterized by further including a tiltable lever having a pressing roller which is brought into pressure contact with the magnetic head by a biasing force of a spring, a latch gear integral with the driven pulley of the bill conveying mechanism, and a rocking lever which is normally in pressure contact with the outer periphery of the latch gear and which, at the time of reverse rotation of the bill conveying mechanism, imparts a tilting action to the tiltable lever against the spring to let the pressing roller depart from the magnetic head.
