摘要: For controlling the attitude of a rocket including a rocket fuselage and a thrust nozzle integrally attached to the rear end of the rocket fuselage and having a nozzle throat located longitudinally intermediate thereof, a rocket attitude control apparatus comprises a plurality of thrust vector control units disposed at the outer periphery of the thrust nozzle between the nozzle throat and the rear end of the thrust nozzle in circumferentially equiangularly spaced relationship to each other, and each including a fluid injecting nozzle projectable and retractable into and out of the thrust nozzle and having an injecting bore therein, wherein said fluid injecting nozzle is permitted to project into the thrust nozzle while being cooled by fluid injected from the injecting bore into the thrust nozzle. The projection of the fluid injecting nozzle causes a stream of combustion gas passing through the thrust nozzle to be partially disturbed for controlling the attitude of the rocket.

摘要: A magnetic sensor includes magnetoresistive elements and a soft magnetic body. The magnetoresistive elements have multi layers including a magnetic layer and a nonmagnetic layer on a substrate, and exert a magnetoresistance effect. The soft magnetic body is electrically disconnected with the magnetoresistive elements, and converts a vertical magnetic field component from the outside into a magnetic field component in a horizontal direction so as to provide the magnetoresistive elements with the horizontally converted magnetic field component. The magnetoresistive elements have a pinned magnetic layer having a fixed magnetization direction and a free magnetic layer having a variable magnetization direction. The free magnetic layer is stacked on the pinned magnetic layer with a nonmagnetic layer interposed between the free magnetic layer and the pinned magnetic layer. The magnetization directions of the pinned magnetic layers of the magnetoresistive elements are the same direction. The magnetoresistive elements form a bridge circuit.

摘要: When an outer circumference of a clamping portion 25 and an outer circumference of a circular outer circumference 26 are restrained by a die 6 while inserting a non-circular punch 5 into a circular hole 28, paddings 27, 27 are pressed by a semi-circular inner circumference of the die 6 to thereby be forced into interior of the circular hole 28. The volume of the paddings 27, 27 is set to be substantially the same as a volume obtained by subtracting the volume of a non-circular hole 23 in an extension shaft 2 from the volume of the circular hole 28. The circular hole 28 is deformed, and the paddings 27, 27 forced into the circular hole 28 abut with inclined planes 52, 52 of the punch 5, whereby the non-circular hole 23 is formed in the extension shaft 2.

摘要: In relation to a rocker arm obtained by applying cold forging to a blank made from a metal wire rod, cold forging is applied to a blank obtained by cutting a metal wire rod to a predetermined length to make a second intermediate blank 34b having a pair of side wall sections 2a and a base 39 which connects the two side walls 2a at one of their respective widthwise edges. Punching is applied to the base 39 of this second intermediate blank 34b to form a first and a second connection sections. In the case where it is assumed that a roller 35 is arranged at a position corresponding to an arrangement position of the roller 35 of the rocker arm to be obtained, on the inside of the second intermediate blank 34b which is to be subjected to punch processing, the roller 35 and the base 39 do not interfere with each other. As a result, performance improvement of an engine fitted with this rocker arm is obtained.

摘要: Methods are provided for forming a hollow rack shaft from a workpiece comprising a rectangular plate. The workpiece is first bent into a gutter-like shape using a first die set. Rack teeth are then press-formed in a portion of the gutter-like shape using a second die set. The legs, or sides, of the workpiece are then bent around a mandrel into a semi-circular shape so as to butt against each other. Preferably, the die sets and mandrel may be adapted to improve the resulting hollow rack shaft.

摘要: A quantitative discharge apparatus for powder material, comprising: a tubular body for storing powder material; and an elastic membrane having plural penetrating apertures, the membrane constituting a bottom of the tubular body. The elastic membrane is vibrated by applying a positive pulsating vibration air, and thereby discharging powder material stored in the tubular body from the penetrating apertures of the elastic membrane. The plural penetrating apertures of the elastic membrane are formed on the circumference of a circle, of which center is a specific point of the elastic membrane.

摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a rack shaft having two rack teeth groups and hollowed throughout the whole body, to lightweightize the shaft and to reduce the cost. The two rack teeth groups are located longitudinally apart from each other and have phase difference related to an angle around the axis of the shaft. After the two rack teeth groups are formed simultaneously or sequentially by die forming on the flat bottoms of the workpiece beforehand gutter-shaped, the legs of the gutter-shaped workpiece are bent to butt to each other and, thereby, a tubular body of the shaft is given to the workpiece. The centers of the material are offset beforehand corresponding to the phase difference.

摘要: A scroll-type compressor has a fixed scroll member, a movable scroll member, a front housing, a rear housing and a gasket seal. The fixed scroll member and the movable scroll member cooperate to form a compression region. The movable scroll member orbits relative to the fixed scroll member to compress refrigerant in the compression region. A movable scroll base plate of the movable scroll member forms a rear surface and a discharge hole substantially at the center of the movable scroll base plate. Pressure of the refrigerant discharged from the compression region is applied to the rear surface of the movable scroll base plate. The front housing accommodates the movable scroll member. The rear housing which is adjacent to the front housing, has the fixed scroll member inside. The gasket seal is located between the front housing and the rear housing.
