Abstract:
A sample inspection system having a sample stage holding a sample to be inspected corresponding to a selected file, electron beam optics so as to radiate an electron beam to the sample, a detector unit that detects a secondly generated signal attributable to the electron beam, a storage for storing a plurality of images obtained from the secondly generated signal and information for classifying the plurality of images by a type of defect in the sample, and an image processing unit. The image processing unit retrieves any of the plurality of images and classifies the retrieved image depending on the type of defect including an electrical defect and a defect in the figure.

A non-aqueous electrolyte comprising a non-aqueous solvent and a lithium salt dissolved therein, and a cyclic carbonate, linear carbonate, and vinylene carbonate having a chlorine content of 100 ppm or less, and a lithium secondary battery using the same.
Abstract:
The present invention is a detergent composition which contains alkali metal N-methyltaurate, alkali metal taurate or alkali metal hypotaurate salt of a specific organic acid or organic alkali N-methyltaurate, organic alkali taurate or organic alkali hypotaurate salt of a specific organic acid. The detergent composition of the present invention is an excellent detergent composition which has better foaming and foam quality, less pH dependence of the foaming, creamy foam, no creaking feeling or stretched feeling and no offensive odor.
Abstract:
An improved and simplified outboard motor construction wherein the cooling and exhaust systems for the engine are formed with a minimum number of components and sealing joints and incorporating a non-metallic cam shaft for reduced cost and weight without sacrifice of durability. The exhaust system includes an elongated expansion chamber formed in the drive shaft housing. In addition, the drive shaft housing has a cylindrical section that is journaled within a swivel bracket for its steering movement. The volume between the external portion of the drive shaft housing and the internal portion of the swivel bracket forms a second expansion chamber that is employed for the low speed above the water exhaust gas discharge. The flow of cooling the water to and from the engine is controlled so that the exhaust gas interchange area between the power head and the drive shaft housing will be well cooled, as will the oil reservoir for the engine and the oil returned to it.
Abstract:
Several embodiments of venting arrangements for the lubricant pump of a two-cycle, crankcase compression internal combustion engine for an outboard motor and having a positive lubricating system. In each embodiment, the lubricant pump is provided with a vent passage that extends from an upper portion of a chamber of the pump for venting air from it. In each embodiment, an arrangement is provided for permitting air flow from the fluid pump without returning to the fluid pump. In some embodiments, this means comprises a check valve and in another embodiment, it comprises a restricted orifice.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a nonaqueous electrolytic solution which can improve the electrochemical characteristics in a broad temperature range, an electrochemical element produced by using the same and a sulfonic ester compound having a branched structure which is used for the same. The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolytic solution prepared by dissolving an electrolyte salt in a nonaqueous solvent, which comprises a sulfonic ester compound represented by the following Formula (I) in an amount of 0.001 to 5% by mass of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution: (wherein R represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; A represents a >CH group or a >SiZ group (Z represents an alkyl group or an aryl group); X represents an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or an aryl group; Y represents a cycloalkyl group, a -L1CHRaOSO2Rb group or a —Si(Rc)(Rd)OSO2Rb group; W represents 1 or 2; Ra represents an alkyl group; Rb, Rc and Rd represent an alkyl group or an aryl group; L1 represents an alkylene group in which at least one hydrogen atom may be substituted with —OSO2Re (Re has the same meaning as that of R), a divalent linkage group containing at least one ether bond or a single bond).
