Abstract: The techniques described herein may provide techniques for precise and fully-automatic on-site software failure diagnosis that overcomes issues of existing systems and general challenges of in-production software failure diagnosis. Embodiments of the present systems and methods may provide a tool capable of automatically pinpointing a fault propagation chain of program failures, with explicit symptoms. The combination of binary analysis, in-situ/identical replay, and debugging registers may be used together to simulate the debugging procedures of a programmer automatically. Overhead, privacy, transparency, convenience, and completeness challenges of in-production failure analysis are improved, making it suitable for deployment uses.

Abstract: CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing holds clinical potential for treating genetic diseases, such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), which is caused by mutations in the dystrophin gene. Here, using three promoters to drive expression of the same DMD guide RNA, a more robust and safe form of genome editing was achieved in a humanized mouse model for DMD with a deletion 13 in exon 50, and in a ΔEx50-MD Dog.

The salivary gland cells grown in the tissue culture system have physiological and morphological features like those of in vivo salivary gland cells. The cell culture system can be used to produce a salivary tissue-specific extracellular matrix capable of inducing differentiation of salivary gland cell precursors into salivary gland cells.
