Abstract: In a door hinge device for the vehicle, in a vehicle without a B pillar, a hinge slider connected to a hinge portion of a door slides and moves in an external diagonal direction of a vehicle body along upper and lower rails by a driving torque of a motor inside a case, securing a rotation trajectory of the door, and then a striker fixed to the hinge slider is restrained by a latch portion fixed to the case to fix the slide movement position of the hinge slider, ensuring stability of the opening/closing operation of the door.

Abstract: An actuator assembly of an actuation system for a closure member of a vehicle is provided. The actuator assembly includes an actuator housing including a sensor housing. The actuator assembly also includes an electric motor disposed in the actuator housing and configured to rotate a driven shaft operably coupled to an extensible member that is coupled to one of a body or the closure member for opening or closing the closure member. The actuator assembly also includes an actuator controller disposed in the sensor housing of the actuator housing and coupled to electric motor and an accelerometer configured to sense movement of the closure member. The actuator controller is configured to detect the movement of the closure member using the accelerometer. The actuator controller then controls the opening or closing of the closure member based on the movement of the closure member using the electric motor.

Abstract: A window regulator provided in a door of a vehicle to raise and lower a windowpane in the door. The window regulator includes a traveling body that holds the windowpane and travels together with the windowpane, a wire that pulls the traveling body, and a drive mechanism that generates a drive force to wind the wire. The traveling body includes a sub-housing that encloses at least a portion of the drive mechanism. The traveling body includes a recessed groove into which the wire is inserted and which has a depth in a plate thickness direction thereof. The sub-housing is fixed to the traveling body while striding across the recessed groove.

Abstract: A power strut for raising and lowering a liftgate of an automotive vehicle includes an outer housing tube carrying a first attachment element for attaching the power strut to a vehicle. A spindle bearing an outer thread is rotatable relative to the outer housing tube via an electric motor. The spindle is axially stationary relative to the outer housing tube. A spindle nut having an inner thread meshing with the outer thread of the spindle is displaceable along the longitudinal axis. A nut tube is rigidly connected to the spindle nut and surrounds the spindle. A second attachment element is located opposite the first attachment element. The first attachment element has a first snap structure that is complementary to a second snap structure formed on the outer housing tube. The first and second snap structures non-rotatably secure the first attachment element to the outer housing tube.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an actuator (1), comprising an output member (6); a resilient element (8) connected to said output member (6) so as to urge it in a first direction; and an hydraulic rotation damper (5) with a closed cylinder cavity, a rotational damper shaft which extends into the cylinder cavity, and a piston dividing the cylinder cavity into a first side and a second side.
