Abstract:
A valve system for activating a piston of a piston-cylinder arrangement for a hydraulic or fluid device includes a pilot control valve including 3/2-way valve and a main valve arrangement having a first and a second main valve. The first and second main valves include 2/2-way valves, wherein in a first position the pilot-control valve is configured to move the first main valve into an open position so as to direct a path for a high pressure fluid to a space above the piston, and wherein in a second position the pilot-control valve is configured to connect the space to a low-pressure tank so as to relieve a pressure in the space above the piston via the second main valve, and wherein the pilot-control valve is configured to open the second main valve and configured to close the first main valve.
Abstract:
A valve manifold includes a valve body carrying pairs of laterally spaced piston actuated valves controlled by control modules operative to selectively pressurize and exhaust an outlet port connected to a fluid device and configured in groupings permitting varying valve functionalities.
Abstract:
A valve assembly includes a valve housing defining a service passage, a first bore in fluid communication with the service passage, a first passage, a second bore in communication with the service passage and a second passage. The first bore has an inlet portion, a first service portion in communication with the service passage, and a first load holding portion. The first passage is in communication with the first load holding portion and the service passage. The second bore has a return portion, a second service portion in fluid communication with the first service passage, and a second load holding portion. The second passage is in selective communication with the second load holding portion of the second bore and the return passage. A valve is disposed in the second passage. The valve allows fluid to flow only in a direction from the second load holding portion to the return passage.

Abstract:
A hydraulic trip unit for a valve unit in a prime mover plant is described, with monitoring passages which are grouped together in a hydraulic block and interconnected forming a 2 out of 3 circuit, of which each monitoring passage is provided with a solenoid valve unit, with a power oil line connection which is provided on the hydraulic block and from which an emergency oil passage and an auxiliary emergency oil passage extend inside the hydraulic block, of which the emergency oil passage can be connected to the valve unit and the auxiliary emergency oil passage is connected via connecting lines to a solenoid valve unit in each case, wherein a first connecting line feeds a first and third solenoid valve unit, a second connecting line feeds the second and a first solenoid valve unit, and a third connecting line feeds the third and second solenoid valve unit.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a switching valve device used for vacuum suction of a member such as a semiconductor chip, and the object thereof is to break a vacuum rapidly and smoothly. The switching valve device includes a vacuum suction switching valve function for vacuum suction, a vacuum break switching valve function for vacuum break, and an open-to-atmosphere switching valve function which in conjunction with an operation of the vacuum suction switching valve function, opens a passage to the atmosphere side when the vacuum suction switching valve function is off and closes the passage to the atmosphere side when the vacuum suction switching valve function is on. The vacuum suction switching valve function, the vacuum break switching valve function, and the open-to-atmosphere switching valve function are integrally incorporated into a body portion.
Abstract:
A softstart valve means comprises a main valve member which is only switched over after a certain time from a closed position into an open position. The opening force required for switch over of the main valve member can be produced selectively in a manner dependent from pressure obtaining in a secondary duct or in a time dependent fashion. The respective operational mode can be selected by actuation of switch over means.
Abstract:
An integrated three function valve (ITFV) that combines the functions of a bypass valve (e.g. 183a, 185a, 161a) into a single assembly is disclosed. The ITFV allows continued operation after any two failures. With the integrated three function valve, no combination of electrical or hydraulic component failures, regardless of expected failure rate, will prevent an actuator from continued safe operation
Abstract:
A working cylinder (A) having at least one working chamber (6, 7) defined by the cylinder barrel (1), at least one of the end sections (2, 3) and a piston (4), at least one supply port (9a, 9b) and a exhaust port (12a, 12b) for the working medium. The exhaust port (12a, 12b) has a valve (13a, 13b) that may be regulated by the pressure of the working medium, which is applied at the supply port (9a, 9b) in order to obtain a smaller dimension of at least the valve and to better utilize the already existing space, specifically within the cylinder, and to better and more efficiently adjust the output capacity of the individual elements. A valve (V), particularly a switch valve (W) of a rocker valve design has therefore at least one inlet (16) and at least one outlet (17a, 17b) for the working medium, as wells as at least one control port (18). The cylinder is characterized by a discharge channel (19, 19a; 38a, 38b) for the working medium, originating from a location between the valve element (15; 31, 33) of the valve and at least one outlet (17a, 17b), whereby this discharge channel has a discharge or exhaust valve (20, 22; 36a, 36b), which may be regulated electrically or by the pressure applied to the control port. The pressure-actuated working unit comprises a pneumatic working cylinder (A) with exhaust valves (27a, 27b), a valve (V, W) and exhaust control valves (24a, 24b; 30) as well as only one pressure line (29a, 29b) to each working chamber (6, 7) in the cylinder (A).
