    摘要: In a time-base inversion type linear phase filter, an input signal is time-base inverted, and thereafter delayed. The delayed signal is time-base inverted back to the original time sequence and then filtered by a first IIR filter. First and second selectors alternately select the time-base inverted signal and the delayed signal in opposite phases to each other. Output signals of the selectors are filtered by second and third IIR filters and then alternately selected by a third selector. An output of the third selector is time-base inverted back to the original time sequence and added to an output of the first IIR filter. A nonlinear emphasis/de-emphasis apparatus is constituted by using this linear phase filter.

Connected between the power supply terminal and ground is a high frequency bypass capacitor for bypassing electrical noise superimposed on the power supply to the side of ground, a voltage feedback resistor is connected in series in a power supply line connected to the power supply terminal, the high frequency bypass capacitor and the voltage feedback resistor constitute a low-pass filter, and the capacitance value of the high frequency bypass capacitor and the resistance value of the voltage feedback resistor are determined so that the cut off frequency of the low-pass filter is at most the frequency f0 of noise.

    摘要: A mixer circuit which is improved in distortion characteristic and band characteristic and can assure impedance matching with another circuit at a preceding stage readily and besides can prevent abnormal oscillations. The mixer circuit comprises a differential amplifier constituted from a pair of transistors grounded at the emitters thereof, and a double balanced mixer constituted from first and second pairs of transistors.     摘要: A piezoelectric oscillator in which radiation of higher harmonic components is reduced. A piezoelectric vibrator and a semiconductor device are provided in an oscillation circuit for making the piezoelectric vibrator oscillate, as is a filter for cutting components in a predetermined frequency band or higher harmonic components of an oscillation signal outputted from the semiconductor device. The piezoelectric vibrator, the semiconductor device and the filter are packed in one package. Radiation of the higher harmonic components is reduced by placing the filter close to the oscillator, by providing a shielding or by operating portions of the oscillator output circuit with a reduced supply voltage.

    摘要: A push-push microwave oscillator has two branch oscillators fabricated of a transistor and transmission line elements extending from terminals of the transistor, and a resonator which is fabricated of an annulus of superconductor material and serves to phase lock oscillations of the two branch oscillators. The superconductor material is a composite of a rare earth element and copper oxide such as yttrium-barium-copper oxide. A first transmission line in each of the branch oscillators extends past the resonator with a spacing to provide for electromagnetic coupling between the branch oscillator and the resonator. A second transmission line in each of the branch oscillators has a length equal to approximately one-quarter wavelength of the oscillation frequency to tune the branch oscillator to a common oscillation frequency. A third transmission line in each of the branch oscillators extends towards a junction point to form a summing unit for summing oscillations of the two branch oscillators to provide an output signal of the oscillator. The oscillator is constructed in stripline or microstrip form wherein components of the branch oscillators are coplanar with the resonator and are spaced apart from a ground plane by a dielectric layer of alumina or lanthanum aluminate. Power is extracted at an even multiple of the fundamental frequency, and has a improved accuracy of frequency and reduced phase noise, the latter arising because of a characteristic of the superconductor material wherein its microwave surface resistance increase proportionally with a square of an increase in frequency.

    摘要: The CMOS voltage compensating input buffer circuit of the present invention provides a means to stabilize input level trip points and is comprised of a voltage compensating circuit having an input node and an output drive node coupled to an input buffer. The voltage compensating circuit receives its input from a voltage adjusting circuit that follows changes in V.sub.CC while its output drive node is coupled to the series connected CMOS input buffer circuit having an input node and an output node. The buffer's input node receives a signal that VIH/VIL trip points will determine if the output is to be a high or a low and the buffer's output node then couples the resultant level to an output buffer circuit comprised of a CMOS inverter which provides the final output drive. The present invention provides trip point levels corresponding to industry standard VIH/VIL levels to accurately determine the corresponding output with operating voltage supplies (regulated or unregulated) operating between 2 V to 7.5 V.
