Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for predicting the dispersion of hazardous and noxious substances and, more specifically, provides an apparatus and a method for predicting the dispersion of hazardous and noxious substances, the method: checking the components of the hazardous and noxious substances having leaked into the ocean, so as to classify the hazardous and noxious substances into a corresponding classification set among twelve classification sets by means of at least one of vapor pressure, the degradation in water, or density; dividing the classification sets, in which the hazardous and noxious substances are classified, into one dispersion model among an air dispersion model, a seawater dispersion model, and an air/seawater dispersion model according to the dispersion characteristics thereof; acquiring, from a weather center server, the state information of a sea area, which is set to be different according to the divided dispersion models; and predicting a danger radius for the dispersion of the hazardous and noxious substances by using the acquired state information of the sea area, and outputting the same.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of decreasing pressure fluctuation induced on a surface of a hull due to propeller cavitation by using real-time vibration information and adjusting rotation angles of two propellers of a twin-propeller ship.
Abstract:
A coupling device for recovering an unmanned ship includes: a coupling unit, which is lifted and lowered by being connected to a crane provided in a mother ship; an accommodation unit provided in the unmanned ship, and having a vertically communicating coupling hole; a guide unit performing guiding such that the coupling unit is coupled to the accommodation unit, and including a towing line formed to be long, and a winch connected to the other side of the towing line so as to selectively wind or unwind the towing line; and a control unit including a sensing part for sensing the tension applied to the towing line by the driving of the winch, and a control part for lowering the coupling unit connected to the crane, if the intensity of the tension sensed by the sensing part is a preset value or higher.
Abstract:
The ballast water and fish farm treatment system for circulating effluent water of a fish farm or a ship by filtering and resupplying the effluent water, the system including a heat exchange system to heat or cool the effluent water, a physical filtration unit to filter out impurities from the effluent water are discharged from the heat exchange system, and a chemical filtration unit to mix the effluent water discharged from the physical filtration unit with chlorine dioxide, wherein the effluent water discharged from the chemical filtration unit is resupplied to the fish farm or the ship. The ballast water and fish farm treatment system allows circulation water of the ship and fish farm to be reused after completely removing parasites, hazardous organisms, germs, and viruses from the circulation water using a combination of physical, chemical and physiological treatment techniques.
Abstract:
The present invention generally relates to a system using an accident scenario and coded short keys to rapidly and interactively respond to a vessel accident capable of effectively responding to the vessel accident by use of coded shortcut keys when a vessel accident occurs.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hybrid wind power tower including: a DSCT structure part having an inner steel tube and an outer steel tube that concentrically stand on a foundation, wherein a space between the inner steel tube and the outer steel tube is filled with concrete; and a steel structure part provided on the DSCT structure part. The hybrid wind power tower having a steel tower and a DSCT tower combined is configured in such a manner that a plastic hinge that is required to bear huge loads is provided with the DSCT tower structure having high strength, and the economical steel tower structure is provided on the plastic hinge, thereby maximizing safety and cost efficiency of a wind power tower.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a dredged soil transport system including a pipe module wound with a coil applying an electromagnetic field to an internally flowing dredged soil and including a plurality of pipelines, a pump module configured to provide a transport pressure for transport of dredged soil to the pipe module, database stored with flow information on flow velocity and flow form in response to physical properties of liquefied unit, and a control module communicating with the pipe module, the pump module and the database wiredly and wirelessly and applying, to the coil, a current of waveform matching to a flow waveform of the dredged soil transported inside the pipeline, and a control method thereof.
Abstract:
An inundation prevention system for ship is provided. The inundation prevention system for ship includes a fire-extinction gas ejection part configured to eject a fire extinction gas to an installation area prepared in a hull, an airbag part of 3D shape disposed in the installation area, and an airbag actuation part configured to supply the fire extinction gas to the airbag part, if inundation occurs in the installation are, and to inflate the airbag in the installation for compulsory buoyancy.

Abstract:
A yaw control-by-rudder type tidal stream power generation apparatus includes: a nacelle used in a tidal stream power generator that converts flowing energy of a tidal stream to generate electric power, and located in the tidal stream to be rotatable about a first rotating shaft; a rotor provided at one side of the nacelle with reference to the first rotating shaft, and configured to be rotated by the flowing energy of the tidal stream; a rudder unit provided at the other side of the nacelle with reference to the first rotating shaft, and including a rudder fixed to the nacelle and a variable rudder rotatably connected to the nacelle; and a control unit configured to control the rotation of the variable rudder. When the flow direction of the tidal stream is changed, the rotation of the variable rudder is controlled by the control unit.
