Abstract: An imaging device, an imaging control method, an electronic apparatus, and a readable medium. The imaging device comprises: an image sensing assembly; a liquid crystal lens assembly provided with light control components corresponding to an image sensing component, wherein each of the light control components comprises a first liquid crystal component and a second liquid crystal component, which are arranged opposite each other, and the orientation of liquid crystal molecules in the first liquid crystal component is perpendicular to the orientation of liquid crystal molecules in the second liquid crystal component; and a processing assembly, wherein the processing assembly is respectively electrically connected to the image sensing assembly and the liquid crystal lens assembly, and is configured to adjust, according to a light receiving amount measured by the image sensing assembly, the voltage applied to the light control component.

Abstract: A metal wiring method for reducing gate resistance of a narrow control gate structure, wherein the gate structure is etched with first gate electrodes and second gate electrodes at regular intervals and kept with complete gate electrodes at regular intervals, thereby constituting a structure in which the first and second gate electrodes and the complete gate electrodes are spaced apart. A first contact hole is etched on the complete gate electrode to draw out metal as a first metal layer. A second contact hole is etched on a source region and a split gate to draw out metal as a second metal layer. These two metal layers are separated by a dielectric layer. A multi-point contact of the first layer of metal with the gate electrode in a Y direction reduces the gate resistance caused by an excessively long path in the Y direction of a control gate electrode.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for reconstructing a 3D object based on dynamic graph network, first, obtaining a plurality of feature vectors from 2D image I of an object; then, preparing input data: predefining an initial ellipsoid mesh, obtaining a feature input X by filling initial features and creating a relationship matrix A corresponding to the feature input X; then, inputting the feature input X and corresponding relationship matrix A to a dynamic graph network for integrating and deducing of each vertex's feature, thus new relationship matrix is obtained and used for the later graph convoluting, which improves the initial graph information and makes the initial graph information adapted to the mesh relation of the corresponding object, therefore the accuracy and the effect of 3D object reconstruction have been improved; last, regressing the position, thus the 3D structure of the object is deduced, and the 3D object reconstruction is completed.

Abstract: A two-way wireless relay transmission method based on network coding is provided, wherein two end nodes and n relay nodes (wherein n≥2) which form a two-way wireless relay (TWRN) are divided into three different categories, so that any two nodes in a same category are separated by at least two relay nodes belonging to other different categories, and in a same timeslot, only nodes belonging to one category are allowed to transmit data packets and nodes of the other two categories should keep silent. As a result, the mutual interference caused by the simultaneous transmission of data packets between adjacent nodes is effectively avoided, and the mutual interference caused by the simultaneous transmission of data packets by the nodes belonging to a same category is reduced.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of measuring longitude deformation of blades. The radiation and rotation speed of the blade are collected by an optical probe and a synchronized rotation sensor. The stretch of the blade is able to be determined by the obvious change in the light intensity detected by the optical probe. The precision servo motor keeps driving the optical probe to move upward. The collected radiation is compared with the radiation collected on the previous point. The stretch of the blade is calculated based on position of the blade tip which is determined by the time when the high level radiation from the blade is disappeared. The longitude deformation of the blade is calculated by plugging the stretch into the deformation equation. Mapping the calculated deformation with the number of the blade calculated with rotation speed synchronizing signals to achieve the deformation of all the blades.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wind measurement apparatus based on 3D (three dimensional) non-orthogonal ultrasonic sensor array, the ultrasonic sensor array is composed of two group of ultrasonic sensors, which are centrosymmetrically located at opposite sides, and the angle formed by connecting any two ultrasonic sensors at a side to the symmetry point O is less than 90°, the arrangement of 3D non-orthogonal ultrasonic sensor array reduces the generation of turbulence, thus, the accurate wind speed and wind direction is obtained. In the mean time, the central channel is employed to obtain a reference wind speed vref. Comparing the speed component vcentral along central channel of the wind under measurement with the reference wind speed vref, if the difference is less than a present threshold, then computing module outputs the measurement results, or discards them, thus the wind measurement accuracy is further improved.

Abstract: A method of calibrating capacitive array of a resistor-capacitor hybrid successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter (RC-hybrid SAR ADC) that includes a high M-bit capacitor DAC and a low N-bit resistor DAC. The method includes: disposing n unit capacitors in each capacitive array of the RC-hybrid SAR ADC, wherein n=2M−1; sorting the capacitors in an ascending order according to their capacitances to form a sorted array, and selecting two capacitors Cu(n/2)*, Cu(n/2+1)* in the middle positions as a least significant bit (LSB) capacitor and a dummy capacitor, respectively; 4) obtaining a new array by forming each capacitor through adding two capacitors which have symmetrical positions with respect to the middle position(s) in the sorted array; and sorting the new array in an ascending order, and selecting the capacitor in the middle position as a higher bit capacitor.
