A level shifter circuit with a wide operating voltage range includes an inverter, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor and a sixth transistor, wherein electrical characteristics of the third transistor and the sixth transistor are opposite to those of the first transistor, the second transistor, the fourth transistor and the fifth transistor, and the second transistor and the fifth transistor have low threshold voltages and high breakdown voltage terminal. The input terminal of the inverter receives the input signal and is electrically coupled to the gates of the fourth transistor and the fifth transistor, while the output terminal thereof is electrically coupled to the gates of the first transistor and the second transistor.

A long-term antibiotic and deodorant textile with mesoporous structure and processing method thereof are provided. At first, a textile is dipped into an aqueous solution of a surfactant containing nanoparticles. An aqueous solution of a silicon source is prepared and its pH value is adjusted to about 5˜9. Then, the aqueous solution of the surfactant and the aqueous solution of the silicon source are mixed to form a mixture solution. The mixture solution is stirred until silica powder form therein. The textile is taken out and dipped into water and organic solvent separately several times. Finally, the textile is dried to obtain the long-term antibiotic and deodorant textile with mesoporous structure
Abstract:
A water-repellent structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The method adopts an atmospheric pressure plasma deposition (APPD) technique to form a hardened coating having a rough surface on a substrate, and form a water-repellent coating on the rough surface. Because the water-repellent structure includes the hardened coating and the water-repellent coating, hardness, abrasion-resistance, transparency and hydrophobicity of the water-repellent structure are improved. The hard water-repellent structure protects the substrate from friction. Moreover, because the present invention adopts the APPD technique to form the water-repellent structure, the cost of production is reduced dramatically. Thus, the present invention can solve drawbacks of prior art.

A window-based flash memory storage system and a management and an access method therefor are proposed. The window-based flash memory storage system includes a window-based region and a redundant reserved region; wherein the window-based region is used to store a number of windows, each window being associated with a number of physical blocks. The redundant reserved region includes a dynamic-link area, a window-information area, a dynamic-link information area, and an boot-information area; wherein the dynamic-link area includes a plurality of dynamic allocation blocks, each being allocatable to any window. The window-information area is used to store a specific window-information set that is dedicated to a certain window within a specific range of data storage space. The dynamic-link information area is used to record the status of the allocation of the dynamic allocation blocks to the windows.

A chip package structure including a first chip, a circuit substrate, and a two-stage thermosetting adhesive layer is provided. The first chip has a first upper surface, a first side surface, and a first bottom surface. The circuit substrate has an upper surface and a bottom surface. The first chip is electrically connected to the circuit substrate. The two-stage thermosetting adhesive layer is located on the upper surface of the substrate and has a first adhesive surface and a second adhesive surface. Part of the first adhesive surface is bonded to the first bottom surface and the second adhesive surface is bonded to the upper surface of the substrate such that the first chip is adhered to the upper surface of the substrate. The first adhesive surface is substantially parallel to the second adhesive surface, and the two-stage thermosetting adhesive layer has a tapered edge.

The present invention provides medicinally active extracts and fractions, and a method for preparing the same by extracting and fractioning constituents from the tissue of plant components of Ganoderma lucidum. These active extracts and fractions are useful for inhibiting tumor growth, modulating immune response, and increasing hematopoietic activity.

A heat dissipation module is suited for a portable electronic device. The module includes a first mesh, a housing and a fan, wherein the first mesh disposed at the bottom of the casing of the device has a plurality of first openings. The housing has an air inlet, a second mesh, a mounting space and an air outlet, wherein the second mesh disposed at the top of the housing has a plurality of second openings. The diameter of each of the second openings is smaller than that of the first openings. To satisfy the safety standard, the heat dissipation efficiency of this device can be improved by changing the size of these two openings. Furthermore, the first and second mesh are respectively formed with the bottom of the casing and the top of the housing together as an integral unit to reduce the production cost of the portable electronic device.

The method includes comparing one or more attributes associated with a product, such as a substrate, with one or more attributes associated with an operation. If the comparison indicates that the product is not compatible with the operation, then the operation is suspended with respect to the product. If the comparison indicates that the product is compatible with the operation, then the operation is performed on the product.
Abstract:
A method for controlling the fan speed by detecting different power supplies of a mobile electronic device is proposed. When an external power source is used for mobile electronic device and detected by the embedded controller, the first fan control table is used to control the fan speed to increase the heat dissipation capability of the mobile electronic device. When battery power is used as the power source and detected by the embedded controller, a second fan control table is used to control the fan speed to extend the battery life. The first fan control table and the second fan control table become the relation control table between the temperature of the processor and the fan speed or the relation fan control table between the temperature of the processor and the input voltage of the fan for controlling the fan speed according to the temperature of the processor.
Abstract:
A method of generating organizational structure and a method of controlling authorization thereof are provided. The method separates an organization into a plurality of nodes and links, and defines attributes for nodes and links, so as to describe the details of nodes and links, respectively. In case an attribute of some node (link) needs to be modified, the whole organizational structure is automatically modified by only modifying the node (link) attribute without having to sequentially change all attributes.
