    摘要: Disclosed are liquid crystal polyester fibers, which have a peak half-width of 15° C. or greater at an endothermic peak (Tm1) observed by differential calorimetry under a temperature elevation of 20° C./minute from 50° C., polystyrene equivalent weight average molecular weight of 250,000 or more and 2,000,000 or less, and a variable waveform of less than 10% in terms of the half inert diagram mass waveform determined by a Uster yarn irregularity tester. Also disclosed is a method for producing liquid crystal polyester fibers, wherein liquid crystal polyester fibers are formed into a package, the fibers are then subjected to solid-phase polymerization, and the solid-phase polymerized liquid crystal polyester fibers are unrolled from the package and successively heat treated without being once taken up. The heat treatment temperature is controlled at a temperature of the endothermic peak temperature (Tm1) of the solid-phase polymerized liquid crystal polyester fibers+60° C. or higher, and the speeds of the fibers before and after heat treatment are regulated, respectively, by first and second rollers.

    摘要: In a push-button switch manufacturing method, a key-top end of a pressing element is inserted into a lower-mold recess. A reinforcing plate is placed in the lower mold so that the pressing element extends through a plate through hole of the reinforcing plate. An upper mold and the lower mold are moved toward each other so as to insert the other end of the pressing element into an upper-mold recess for the pressing element, which is provided in a lower surface of the upper mold. A liquid silicone rubber, which contains a component that does not adhere to the upper and lower molds but adheres to the pressing element, is introduced into a cavity, the upper and lower molds are opened to remove a molded product in which an intermediate portion in an axial direction of the pressing element is supported in the plate through hole by the silicone rubber.

    摘要: An exhaust emission control device for an internal combustion engine, which is capable of supplying a just enough amount of reducing agent to the NOx catalyst even when a catalyst is provided on an upstream side of the NOx catalyst. A catalyst and a NOx catalyst are disposed at respective upstream and downstream locations in an exhaust system, for purifying NOx and for trapping NOx under an oxidizing atmosphere and reducing the NOx under a reducing atmosphere, respectively. An air-fuel sensor is disposed between the catalyst and the NOx catalyst. A reducing agent is supplied to an upstream side of the catalyst, to control exhaust gases such that the gases form the reducing atmosphere. To determine time of termination of NOx reduction control, an amount of reducing agent supplied to the NOx catalyst is calculated, and calculation of the amount of reducing agent is started when the air-fuel ratio has converged within a vicinity of a target air-fuel ratio.

    摘要: Provided is a control device for an internal combustion engine that can execute a sulfur purge in a favorable manner under all conditions without complicating the control action or the engine structure. The process comprises detecting a temperature of the NOx catalytic converter, detecting an exhaust air fuel ratio in the catalytic converter, computing a target exhaust air fuel ratio according to a detected temperature of the NOx catalytic converter, and controlling a fuel injection valve so as to make an actual exhaust fuel ratio agree with the target exhaust air fuel ratio. If the temperature of the NOx catalytic converter is not high enough to enable a sulfur purge, a temperature increase control is executed to increase the temperature of the NOx catalytic converter by suitably changing various engine parameters.
