    Abstract: A parallel processing system includes a host and a memory device. The host includes a central processing unit configured to process processing in-memory (PIM) requests generated in a plurality of threads for in-memory processing and a memory controller configured to generate a PIM command corresponding to the PIM request. The memory device including a plurality of computing cores each including a bank and a computing circuit. The memory device is configured to perform in-memory processing in one of the plurality of computing cores according to the PIM command. The host allocates the plurality of computing cores to the plurality of threads, and PIM commands of each thread are processed using the computing core allocated to that thread.

    Abstract: A physically unclonable function magnetic memory device includes a plurality of magnetic resistance cells disposed on a substrate and each including a pinned magnetic layer, a free magnetic layer, and a tunnel insulating layer or a non-magnetic conductive layer interposed between the pinned magnetic layer and the free magnetic layer. In an operating method of the physically unclonable magnetic memory device, an external magnetic field, decaying with time, is applied to the plurality of magnetic resistance cells to randomize a magnetization direction of the free magnetic layer of each of the plurality of magnetic resistance cells.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to novel enzyme nanoparticles capable of converting methane into methanol, in which key active sites of methane-oxidizing bacteria are fused with each other and expressed on a protein that can be self-assembled in cells to form nanoparticles, and specifically to enzyme nanoparticles including a protein having methane monooxygenase (MMO) activity and active sites of the methane oxidase, a method for production thereof, a recombinant microorganism into which a nucleic acid encoding the protein and the active site of the methane oxidase is introduced, and immobilized enzyme nanoparticles including the enzyme nanoparticles loaded on a carrier.
