    Abstract: A display device which achieves both a high-accuracy sensing operation and smooth input in a touch sensor unit is provided. The display device includes a display unit and the touch sensor unit. The touch sensor unit performs a touch sensing operation when the display unit does not perform a display image rewriting operation; thus, a highly accurate sensing operation is possible. A gate driver of the display unit includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The second circuit includes a plurality of shift registers. Only a display image of a region that needs to be rewritten can be rewritten. The first circuit is a shift register and designates a shift register from the plurality of shift registers included in the second circuit to operate. In the case where an image in the entire display region does not need to be rewritten, the time assigned for the sensing operation of the touch sensor unit increases, leading to the smooth input.

    Abstract: To achieve a display device that is suitable for increasing in size and to provide a high-resolution display device. In the display device, three or more adjacent gate lines are supplied with the same selection signal. Three or more pixels that adjoin in the column direction are connected to different source lines. In each of the pixels, a transistor including a semiconductor layer is disposed. An inner source line among three or more source lines is disposed to overlap with a conductive layer that functions as a pixel electrode. Part of the semiconductor layer of the transistor is provided between the outer source line and a source line adjacent to the outer source line.

    Abstract: An object is to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). A signal processing circuit includes first to fourth terminals, a switch circuit, and an integrator circuit. The integrator circuit includes an amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit has an output terminal, a terminal (−), a first terminal (+), and a second terminal (+). The switch circuit has a function of electrically connecting the terminal (−) to the second terminal, the first terminal (+) to the first terminal, and the second terminal (+) to the third terminal; and a function of electrically connecting the terminal (−) to the third terminal, the first terminal (+) to the second terminal, and the second terminal (+) to the fourth terminal. The integrator circuit integrates a signal input to the terminal (−), with an average voltage of the voltages of the first terminal (+) and the second terminal (+) as a reference voltage. The integrator circuit removes common mode noise from the signal input to the terminal (−) and thus can output a signal with high SNR. The signal processing circuit is used for a sensing circuit of a touch sensor, for example.
