    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a program update technique capable of easily managing a software state of an electronic control unit (ECU), and updating an ECU application and a data collecting program in association with each other with management information about the software states matching between a vehicle and a center. A vehicle control device of the present invention collectively transmits a first update state of a first program executed by the vehicle control device and a second update state of a second program executed by a second vehicle control device to an update server, receives an update version of the program corresponding to the first update state and an update version of the program corresponding to the second update state from the update server, and executes update processing (FIG. 1).

    Abstract: A vehicle integrated-control device generates internal commands that supplement insufficient external commands in an environment where external commands are insufficient and that integrally controls each actuator to improve the operational feeling of the driver and occupant ride comfort. The vehicle integrated-control device integrally controls actuators mounted in a vehicle to control the vehicle using six control axes which are front-rear, left-right, up-down, roll, pitch, and yaw control axes, and comprises a command value acquisition unit that acquires an external command corresponding to at least one and not more than six control axes for realizing a desired driving operation; a command value supplementation unit that, based on the external command, generates an internal command corresponding to a control axis other than the control axes corresponding to the external command; and an operation amount control distribution unit that controls the plurality of actuators based on the external command and the internal command.

    Abstract: There is a problem that an area of a principal current cell is reduced by an area of a bonding pad wiring layer for a sub-cell. A source electrode 9b of a current detection cell 22 is electrically connected to a bonding pad wiring layer 12 formed on an interlayer insulating film 10 via a wiring layer contact 11. The bonding pad wiring layer 12 is formed with respect to a source electrode 9a of a principal current cell 21 so as to cover a part of the source electrode 9a via the interlayer insulating film 10. As a result, the source electrode 9b is miniaturized, and a size of the source electrode 9b is made substantially equal to a size of the current detection cell 22. Therefore, the current detection cell 22 and the principal current cell 21 are disposed close to each other.

    Abstract: A vehicle control device using a semiconductor fuse, and enabling an increase in size of the semiconductor fuse to be suppressed and the occurrence of an abnormal current to be detected early to enable shut off of the abnormal current. The vehicle control device includes a shut-off unit that supplies and shuts off a supply of power to a plurality of load devices; a current detector that detects a current flowing to the plurality of load devices; and a temperature detector that detects the temperature of the shut-off unit. Furthermore, the vehicle control device includes a drive controller that, when the temperature of the shut-off unit detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined value, controls and restricts operation of the load devices for which the priority is low, based on priorities set for each of the plurality of load devices.
